A. A.Great from the start until the end, with very friendly staff who makes the rental easy, don’t push to take the extra insurance. To be highlighted it was the cheapest rates by far during the summer holiday season compared to other rental companies. I recommend it 100%.

S. G.Hired a car for a 10 day tour of the West coast of Scotland. Car was really good - very low mileage and immaculate condition. Staff at Arnold Clark are friendly and efficient. They organised free transfers between Glasgow Central station and the hire centre, and the handover process was quick and painless. I returned the car one day early and they refunded me one day’s hire charge without even being asked. I would definitely hire from them again.

Z. S.Called them up short before we wanted a car, booked through the phone and turned up at the said time. Everything was ready, the staff was lovely and quick. The car was almost new and a dream to drive which made me really happy. The only company who doesn't make it a big deal to use debit card when hiring - visa debit, one proof of address and my UK driving licnce all they asked - so I would definitely use them the next time! My only concern is that they are a bit out of the city centre - all branches - but the train stops like one street from them.

H.We returned our car at the car rental company today at Glasgow and wanted to "Gett" (Scottish's version of Grab) to our hotel in the city centre. The staff advised us that it would be difficult as the Great Scottish run has rendered many road closures at the city centre. Indeed, our "Gett" attempt proved to be futile after various tries.
One of the staff, Lucy, took the initiative to check in on us and offered to drive us to the nearby subway station. We were really grateful as we weren't aware that there is a nearby subway station and the walk to the subway station would be a challenge with our luggage.
Indeed, it's like what George Elliston said," How beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it". It's undeserved kindness from strangers like this that really made our day and reminded me about how taking the time to extend kindness, no matter how small a gesture, can have such profound impact on others.
Kudos to Lucy from Arnold Clark for being so helpful, we are very, very thankful to meet such a kind soul on our journey!

Me atendieron de maravilla sobre todo Lucy que siempre fue amable conmigo y mi cuñada que nos explicó todo perfectamente. Alquilé un toyota yaris automático del año 2019 aproximadamente y fue todo de maravilla. Lo alquilé por 3 días a un buen precio.
Cuando vuelva a Escocia volveré alquilar un coche allí sin dudarlo.
