We had an amazing renting experience with Enterprise recently. We ended up with a flat tyre on the very 1st day of our rental at Inverness. We called up the roadside assistance but they were severely delayed owing to the busy summer season. David, the branch manager was super helpful to quickly help arrange an on-call garage who put us back on the road within an hour. To top up our experience, David understood the time we lost and refunded part of our journey too. That was super sweet of them to go out of their way to ensure our experience was good. Would highly recommend this car rental! PS - Do insure your car while in Inverness.

Super friendly staff. Loads of really clean kids seats. Would use again. I was swapped to a fully electric car due to a supply problem. This was totally fine and actually worked out really well. When I dropped the car off, they offered to drive me back to the airport. I walked as it is only 200m and there is a cut through into the car park. We arrived in Inverness by train and left by plane. Enterprise is 15 minutes and £21 from the down centre using inverness taxis (ring up and book)

A lovely lady was waiting for me at the courtyard hotel and whisked me off just round the corner to the enterprise site. I had hired a mini/compact car, there were none available and I got the most amazing Peugeot 3008 SUV which was a total delight to drive. I think I got extra brownie points because I pronounced Aisling‘s name right the first time 😂😂 On return David was delightful and we swapped a story or two. He asked what my experience with enterprise was, and I said ten out of five, so would I recommend them…🤷‍♀️ What do you think 😹 Extremely pleasant people, and really do their best to please. Thank you 🙏 Then back to the airport a short way away, helped me with my bags and couldn’t be nicer…

Excellent experience with the Staff at Enterprise - Inverness Airport. They were friendly, understanding, and very professional. Their manager, Henry, listened to an issue we had with the vehicle and how it impacted our trip. Even though the problem stemmed from another branch, he came up with a solution on the spot, followed up on it, and made sure we were satisfied before catching our flight. Very grateful to him and the staff. Highly recommend renting a vehicle from this branch while in Inverness.

One of the best and most helpful car hire company. Also, the people are super cool. They pick you up from the airport and also drop you off at the end of your hire. Collection of cars are also nice. Tips: try to get a bigger (engine & size) car if you are travelling around.. worth it if you have to pay extra...😉😆🤩

Very friendly staff and really good quality car provided. Simple pick up and return of our car. They are slightly away from the airport terminal but provide a handy and very quick transfer in a minibus to their office.

edit 25.07.2022: After I contacted the email address provided by Chris, my problem was resolved within a few days. Thanks very much! Increased from 1 to 4 stars. Picked up the rental car in Inverness 4 weeks ago. Were about 1 hour earlier than planned at the pick-up station. Our vehicle was ready to be picked up. I have specifically asked whether this one hour does not incur any additional costs. The employee said it wasn't a problem at all. But we were charged an extra day upon return at Edinburgh Airport. Nobody said anything about this. I only became aware of this through the message from my credit card app. In Edinburgh we were turned away. I was told to report to Inverness. I have done this. However, neither my request nor my reminder was answered. Also no response to my request via Enterprise Homepage. Basically, I've always been happy with Enterprise. Another rental company would have been about €100 cheaper, but I decided on Enterprise because of the good experience. From now on, another provider will definitely be preferred.

So basically, to get to this place from airport, you need to walk to Courtyard hotel and wait in front of their entry door for a shuttle from Enterprise to pick you up. It comes every 15 minutes. When we arrived the places the process is relatively swift and the car appears to be okay so far (2nd day into our journey), hopefully would be working fine for the rest of the journey.

Booked a car for a Sunday evening arrival and wasn’t sure what to expect as the branch was closed on arrival. My wife and I were planning on a very early start to Monday in order to keep our itinerary. Sharon reached out and let us know they’d be waiting for us near the Marriott upon arrival despite the after hours pick up. Sure enough, her colleague Laura was there. The pick up was smooth, efficient, and car seems great. Best of all they were flexible in helping us keep our itinerary! Thanks!

I thought the customer service here was the best I’ve received so far from a car hire company. They phoned me a few days before the booking to check everything and then on arrival the process was very smooth and easy. After some recent issues with other car hire companies abroad it was a very nice change!! It is a bit of a pain that the car hire is not on site and you have to wait for the shuttle bus but it’s not too bad in reality. It was a 5 min walk to the drop off point, 10 min wait for the bus and a 2 min shuttle to the car hire place. It is walkable in 5 mins too from the airport but didn’t know that; they tell you for the walk back if you drop the car off out of hours.

Great service from pick up to drop off. Minibus was perfect for the trip and was impeccably clean. Great price. Just wish Enterprise would become more competitive with their excess cover so we could have a one stop shop and greater piece of mind instead of having to use a third party insurer to cover the excess at a quarter of the price.

Last month we rented an intermediate SUV at the Inverness location. After picking up the car and driving it around the block to meet others in our party (at a different rental car company) I quickly learned the difficulty and risk for an American to drive in the UK! When we met the others in our party, we learned they were able to secure a larger vehicle that our entire group could fit in AND that driver had experience with driving in the UK. With that information we immediately returned to the rental location to drop the car. I am very satisfied on how they handled the return issue.

When you rent a car with enterprise you can’t go wrong and the Inverness branch didn’t disappoint. Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. The car was almost new and perfectly cleaned inside. What really surprised me was that a member of staff took me directly to the airport car parking when I returned the car, which is absolutely fantastic! Thanks again!

Very effeicient and friendly (at least at Inverness Airport). I got upgraded from a Fiesta to a Qashqai with no extra charge due to there being no other manual cars available (have never driven an automatic). They will also rent to drivers who have held their licence for less than a year (me). They're one of the only companies I could find that would do so. Very happy.

I use this branch 7/8 times a year on business, nothings ever too much trouble. Zaki and the team are always friendly and efficient. A rare case of an operation that adheres to all basic best customer care practices.

Regular car rental firm. Gave 3 stars because the guys here are quite practical but not special in anyway....everyone is nice and wants your money! Depending on how you book remember you might need to pay for insurance above minimum. I got stung for £116. Fenced off from airport so is actually a short drive away.

Really quick processing. They are outside of the airport - allow time for shuttle service to / from terminal. Shuttle runs every 10 min (approximately) and ride to airport is 3 min.

The company is not in the airport. When you leave the airport turn left and head towards the only hotel about fifty meters away. In the parking lot, you will find a van with the Enterprise logo. David fait preuve de patience car notre anglais est très mauvais ! Les explications fournies sont judicieuses. Le retour du véhicule s'effectue selon les mêmes modalités. Le véhicule doit être rendu avec le même niveau de carburant et propre sauf si vous avez pris l'option nettoyage. L'entreprise n'est pas dans l'aéroport. Lorsque vous sortez de l'aéroport prendre à gauche et dirigez vous vers l'unique hôtel distant d'une cinquantaine de mètres. Sur le parking, vous y trouverez un fourgon au logo Enterprise. Le chauffeur vous emmènera au local situé à 5 minutes.

We damaged the rim in a pothole on the Isle of Skye. Normally we should have been repatriated to Inverness and therefore missed our stay on the island. David did everything to find us a replacement vehicle and he had a taxi come for us. All with impeccable courtesy and patience. I can only recommend this agency. Heureusement que nous l'avons prise. Nous avons abimé la jante dans un nid de poule sur l'île de Skye. Normalement nous aurions dû être rapatriés sur Inverness et donc manquer notre séjour sur l'île. Nach 900 Meilen auf der Isle of Skye hatte wir einen leichten Reifen und Felgenschaden, bei der Rückgabe, die wieder sehr schnell und professionell ablief, wurde uns der Reifen, aber nicht die Felge berechnet. Den Schaden bezahlt meine Versicherung, also kein Problem. Beim der nächsten Anmietung werden wir sicherlich wieder versuchen, bei Enterprise zu mieten.
