Sometimes renting out a van can be a painful process which takes ages but not at this Enterprise branch. Upon arrival I was informed that the size of van I'd booked was not available but I was immediately offered a free upgrade to a larger model. This van was clean, comfy, well presented and perfect for the job I had to do. Ten minutes later I was underway. Handing back the van the next day took less than five minutes. Both the staff members I met were friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Tradeston branch to anyone.

We had a great experience with this Enterprise branch. We had a small accident and bit of damage on the rental car, the staff here were all pleasant and very helpful in working through options upon the return of the car. Would recommend! Small tip - the roadside assistance add on ended up being well worth the ~£5/day.

Great friendly service this morning. Stuart was early collecting me from the garage, very professional and helpful. Really happy with the car too, they gave us exactly what we needed!

1 day hire, I had the branch manager (Adam) as the person who booked me in, he needs to lighten up a little, I did sense a little bit of racism from him but nothing too undermining. I think when they see Asians they have their guard up, so most of the time as it's near Pollokshields, Service was disappointing, but hey, at-least when I returned the vehicle they didn't accuse me of any damage (not that there was any) I think some customer service training would go a long way, especially in this branch. The folk at Oswald street are a pleasure to deal with, would recommend going to them instead. Most of the time, leadership is the problem and not the company as a whole

Booked a car here but left empty handed .got there to hire a car this morning which had wheels curbed marks,(fiat 500 on a 21 plate black in colour.. ,I don't advise anyone to hire it at all. The boy who was trying to rent me the car was stating its not classed as damage etc.doesnt really work that way. I could just tell by his demeanor he would have tried to fleece every penny out of me when I brought it back... So we then went on to a 69 plate focus which was scratched all over the drivers side back door..and it was £10 per day dearer and 2 years older which clearly made no sense at all....wouldnt go back here again .. Went to hertz ,got a brand new corsa with 540 miles on it,as good as new with no damage whatsoever for £47 per day .(enterprise was £40.10 per day).and Herts picked me up aswell.completly no hassle ..enterprise cars were just terrible...very disappointing this morning .and that's after a 1.4 mile walk there and back ... DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.UNLESS U WANT TO BE GELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMONE ELSES DAMAGE..

I had excellent service, and the van was clean and comfortable. I booked a short wheelbase Transit for three days online. Instead, they gave me a large high roof Transit because that was all that was available. Although much bigger than I needed, it was super clean and a pleasure to drive. I had also booked a sat-nav, but when I collected the van, it wasn't available. No problem; the young lady at the depot got one from elsewhere, and I was soon on my way. Very happy with the service and the van. I've read plenty of van hire horror-story reviews, but I'd be more than glad to hire a van from Enterprise again in the future.

Previously booked at Hamilton branch and ended up missing 2 meetings as car was going to be available 7 hours after booked time. No help no other options and very blunt on phone. The guys at Tradeston on the other hand were awesome even after a problem outwith their control. Brilliant job

Absolutely spot on service by the team here! Spoke to Craig over the phone and within an hour he sorted me out a car and enabled me to make a 6 hour journey back down south! Couldn’t recommend enough!
