For over 6 years I have been renting from Practicals Glasgow Depot and the service is so very appreciated. Wish there was more businesses in the service industry that treat their customers with as much respect as they do. All Vans I have rented have always been in tip top condition some a few small scratches but thats expected. Reasonable rates and wish them all the best going forward. 👍 Don't understand why Dean Flanagan giving a bad review though as they have been very accommodating over the years. Sometimes I've been short of cash to pay a renewal but they were fine with me. Did you call them 😳 to say you had problems paying?

Needed a car at short notice, the staff at practical were very accommodating and pleasant, no stress or hassle, hired a vauxhall insignia for the week brand new car!!!.. would recommend this company to anyone who requires a car or a van. Thanks very much to the guys at practical

After what seemed to be hours searching througn Google getting various quotes from for van hire (£120+ for 08:00-16:00) on a Sunday, I came across Practical, I was quoted £65 for the same hours. Obviously with this being a considerable saving I decided to proceed with my booking. I showed up on the day to find my van had just been extensively cleaned and sterilised for my arrival. This was reassuring especially during a pandemic. The service I recieved couldn't have been more professional, friendly and efficient. In addition, they allowed me to drop my van off any time with the 'key drop' feature. I returned my van at 10pm with no extra charges. I would recommend Practical Car & Van Rental to anyone and will only be using this company for future rentals.

Phoned up to hire a van. Courteous knowledgable gentleman answered and quickly confirmed availability of the van I needed. Popped round to do the paperwork. Next day van was ready at agreed time. Clean and fuelled. Quick and efficient explanation and handover and off I go. Same prompt friendly attention returning vehicle. Refund of deposit in my account swiftly. Hire cost seemed reasonable to me especially given this good service. Warmly recommended. Will have no hesitation in going to Practical again

I needed a vehicle at short notice and was extremely happy with both the customer service and the emaculate condition of the vehicle. The car was spotless and there was no damage anywhere. The staff were more than welcoming and ensured I received exactly what I requested at a fraction of the price I have previously paid elsewhere. Will definitely be back next time I need a car... Love using these guys. Long term, short term, even short notice they always accommodate us. Vans are clean and in excellent condition. All new or nearly new. Staff have a personal touch and look after regular clients. Surprisingly cheap too. An all round excellent package.
