A. S.Overall service was excellent Hull branch customer service were very helpful and honest. Delivery Gentlemens politeness and service was very good .
Collection man was not very abrupt I cleaned the vehicle and was told your doing a valid or out of a job and when I said I had filled the fuel tank up he said why I've got to do it anyway and I was overcharged for collection and delivery as to what I was told by the main booking office
However Hull branch were excellent

Car has loads of damage and some of it is clearly from a small crash but all the damage not listed.
Car clearly not cleaned properly .
As there is dirt in cup holders and scuff Mark's all over. Plus kids hand prints on the window.
This time disappointing hoping better in future. (Contracted to them to supply)

m.i have hired a vehicle from the Cottingham rd, Hull, branch of Europe car since 2013, i have never had a problem of any sort there. The team and branch manager you have are second to none! On every occasion i am greeted with smiles, enthusiasm and professionalism. I run a kitchen company myself and i would be very proud of my team if my customers have the same experience as i have with yours. If there was a number 11 on the tick list above i would have used that!

J. B.I've hired cars from this National location on several occasions, and each experience has been very, very good. The staff is always curteous and helpful, and have often done all they can to fulfil my specific requests (for example, I've requested diesel cars three times, and twice they've been able to secure one for me). They have also offered me free upgrades on one or two occasions. The prices are good, and the cars are always clean, low mileage models. If you need to hire a car in Hull, use this National branch. You won't be disappointed.
F. U.Their staff is so helpful and rental prices are lower than average. Cars are brand new. In addition Europcar applies %20 discount for NHS staffs. I strongly recommend.
