E. W.Excellent customer service. I took my car in today for a recall on the airbag, the staff i spoke to when i booked the appointment was lovely and helpful and today the staff were lovely also. I sat and waited for my repair and was listening in, the staff was so kind to an elderley gentleman, chatting away and making sure he had a drink. Was very impressed.
T. D.I just wanted to share my recent experience of buying a car at Stoneacre, Clarence Street, Hull. I was a bit apprehensive at first as a single female customer I was dreading the 'hard sell' by the stereotypical car salesman. In reality what I experienced was a no-nonsense honest approach that I actually found really refreshing. I am over the moon with my new car. It was clean and polished when I picked it up. The person that handled my sale was James Burgess who exhibited not just excellent customer service towards me but went over and above to ensure the sale went through seamlessly. I would not hesitate in recommending Stoneacre and I will certainly go back there when I want to upgrade my car again. I would also like to thank Robert and Simon for taking the time to answer my queries. All in all a professional and polite service all round.
