Also go here for any car/van needs. The guys and girls working here are top quality with no rubbish sales talk, or robotic attitudes. Can always have banter and they also go that extra mile to offer an upgrade or a better car at a great price. Also whenever I've had issues with the cars *cough* BMW sort it out *cough* they've been fantastic and understanding. Cars always clean, ready on time & of high quality. Will always return whenever I need any rental related vehicles.

I had a 20days rental under Kia warranty with enterprise in Ipswich. The rental process was fairly simple and quickly, staff was friendly and polite. Although I was given a car who had a considerable crack in the windscreen, and some other little things that wasn't as I expected. The reason I'm giving 4stars it's because after 5days of rental I rang the enterprise asking if was possible to exchange the car because was very uncomfortable to drive, and the crack was completely on my eye sight which was causing distraction during the driving. I was told they couldn't provide a new car at the moment but they would maintain me updated, this never happened...no one called me back even though just to tell me they were still waiting. A courtesy phone call would be great to show concern about the customer. The good part was when I dropped the car off, Louis was brilliant, very professional and friendly. Such a great employee who really do the extra mile for his customers and really care about them. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service Louis!

Enterprise Ipswich: After a breakdown, we needed a car straight away. Enterprise supplied this speedily, actually met us at the Land Rover main dealer. Mandy, and Gigi took us through the agreement etc, without any fuss, and back on the road within minutes! Credit to Enterprise Ipswich!

Provided a courtesy car for me whilst mine was being assessed after an accident. The staff with whom I was in contact with over the phone were very friendly and helpful and sorted a car for me to pick up that afternoon. When I got there, I was greeted warmly and shown the vehicle by Eilish, who explained everything I needed to know clearly. The car itself was very clean and well maintained. When it came time to return the car, I was again greeted warmly and the whole return process was as efficient and friendly as when I'd first picked it up. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Enterprise and they will most definitely be the go to company in future should I ever need to hire a car again!

It's ok, my only problem is the way it works. You cannot use a company card that is not in your name for deposit and other payments. Which in this century is a bit rubbish. But the cars are good , some new and well presented. I think 4 stars is a fair review from all points of view.

It was my first time renting a car, my first time driving since passing my test, and i needed a car for an emergency family matter. so there were a lot of nerves and I was quite apprehensive with it all. The car was £135 + £200 deposit (which was a surprise as there is no mention of it, but it's a minor fault) The staff were professional, and very helpful with any questions I had to ask, I was given an immaculate Vauxhall corsa, and upon return was told I had actually been over charged and refunded £218 Very happy all in all and will be using them again!!! :)

Apart from the initial problems getting the type of vehicle that I was entitled to under the terms of my insurance agreement with Direct Line ( who were mostly to blame), it was a very comforting experience. Apart from the arrangements regarding how I would get the vehicle and then return it, staff shortages lead to rather bizarre arrangements i.e collecting me from home to take me 20 miles to Ipswich so that I could collect a car to come back home, which took 3hours. Plus, initially similar issues for returning that were ultimately dealt with better. There were a considerable amount of phone calls involved to achieve the above, that I could have done without.

I rang at 12 to see if I could hire a high roof long wheelbase van that same day. Amazingly they had one available and even more amazingly it was only £38 for 24 hours. When I went down to sign the paperwork an extra £25 was bolted on to ensure any prangs didn't bankrupt me and lowered the excess to £100. Happy days and still way cheaper than anyone else I'd phoned.

Expensive as but helped me when I needed a van for a few days than kept extending the rental a couple of times and they agreed with no issues, deposit of 200 which you'll get back if you bring the vehicle back in the same condition with no scratches, dents or windscreen cracked, pay the extra money and reduce the excess unless you wanna pay 250 for a windscreen crack or £1000 per tire cut (yes one thousand), other than that good customer service

I've had many business and some private rentals from this branch and the service has always been brilliant. However they need more Car Club vehicles. Ipswich has pretty shabby public transport, for various reasons not everyone can have their own car, and it's a very large town to only have one car available. This location is convenient for me but not for a lot of other people. My hometown (not Ipswich) has a double digit number of cars dotted absolutely everywhere. This branch used to have two cars now only has one. There isn't even a Car Club vehicle available at the other Enterprise site in Ipswich (at least the website doesn't say so). Seems a bit lacking and I hope they look to expand the network in future.

Friendly service, but as with all hire companies - they lure you in with a £100 price and then try to scare you into spending another £200 on damage wavers (figures are not exact). Vehicles are nice, reliable and new.
