My 1st time experience of renting the car from the Loughborough road branch. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Very professional and efficient staff. I rented a Nissan car and enjoyed the drive. I was so impressed that I booked another car for an entire week in summer. They are way ahead of their competitors.

We rented a van a few weeks ago, but had to reschedule as the date for moving furniture had changed. One short call and they moved the rental fate and we even got money back. What a great service. On the day before, they called to remind us to make sure all is still ok. Then, in the morning of the rental day, they called to say that there might be half an hour delay because they had to get a van from another location. After a view words we agreed that we could have a bigger van that was available for the same price. Again great service. Kudos to Raj. All in all, a great experience, even with the almost painful overpowering American customer service. It's well intended, but for British standards, it's a little too much. You just have to go with it and try not to laugh.

Excellent customer service and car availability. I have used them several times to rent out a small car and on one occasion, I returned a car early after initially renting it for a week and they refunded me the day I hadn't used. The cars themselves are new and are clean, just be aware that the tyres seem to be inflated to the maximum level as they're assuming you'll be loading it right up. If you're just using it for yourself or not fully loading it, lowering the tyre pressures to make the ride a lot more comfortable. Getting access to the forecourt can be tricky during rush hour as it's based on a busy road so try to get in in the morning or evening.

Had a hire car for only 3 days however the service was really good with very friendly staff. The option to drive you back home or to the office if you delivered the car back to enterprise depot was an added bonus. I needed to be dropped back to the garage so I could pick up my car..this too was not an issue. So all in all a very good service

Had a great experience hiring a car from the Loughborough Rd branch. Originally booked to hire a Ford Focus but when I went to pick it up I was upgraded to a Mitsubishi Eclipse for free. Deposit taken at time of collection was reasonably priced and Emily/ Emma (sorry not sure which one) showed me around the car and helped me set up the hands free. When dropping it back Dan made sure I was happy with everything and even went out his way to drop me back home even though I hadn’t asked for that service at collection. Very happy customer and will highly recommend Enterprise.

What was also exceptional was the service I received from the staff. I booked online and received a call within literally seconds to personally confirm the booking. I was picked up to collect the car by someone extremely chatty and personable. The staff at the depot are like one huge happy family. The Best Car Hire Shop and Company in Leicestershire and Birmingham County. I have never met such a friendly group in the car Hire business in my over 30 years of car hiring! Very, very professional. I think practically everyone did look at me in a friendly way and not suspicious like in some car hires. The car I wanted was special, a bit big and they went that extra Mile, actually two extras to make sure I got the befitting car to my needs. Communication with an international number was an issue since they do not call international numbers but I found later an email from Mr. Suleiman Nassor, trying to reach me so as to collect me. That was so kind. Thank you Mr. Nassor. Just that I was not online on email. I was served directly by Sabaah Bhojani, she picked me up from Highcross shopping area and she was extremely patient to wait due to poor communication. Nevertheless, she was still very happy to see me and showed no signs of fatigue at 5:45 pm to pick me up, and go through the whole of the gallery walk of 1. checking for any scratches from major points to small details, explaining with a very friendly happy tone that allowed two way communication so it was easy for me to commend or ask a question. 2 She was then sitting with me in the car and explaining from lights to seats, breaks, diesel and all those features you are happy to know on a new car before you drive off late in the evening and in a strange city and being the 1st time there. Sabaah understood my need for the 7 sitter car I needed and she talked with her superiors and I was promised to get a larger car the next day that was pronto there and just perfect. I honestly do not know how to thank Sabaah as a person because when I came to Enterprise Car rental in Leicester I was very low. I had left another car rental where I was discriminated because if my race, demoralised and felt so frightened and threatened. Sabaah made me feel welcomed, respected, liked and Yes, I felt the welcomed customer. Her Customer Care services goes beyond measure. If there are points to give, she is 10/10. At Enterprise Leicester City, I was met at the door with a smile by one of them (Maybe Team leader). He did not stand behind the counter and wait for me. I was thrown back by the friendliness and I smiled too. They listened to my wish carefully and though the car I wanted was not there, they quickly looked for it. To the Enterprise team in Leicester City Centre, a huge grand, thank you very very much. The return was also smooth and clean and the Man there was kind too. Thank you Enterprise Birmingham Airport! Been here a couple of times. Cars have been fine. Staff have been ok - one was a bit tetchy when i wanted to film around the car on my phone before I took it - but have heard that they try and make you pay a large excesess for a tiny mark which they cannot prove you did, i wanted a full recording of what I was getting before i signed and there was a lot of tutting. But I did it. Im not taking out extra insurance - which cost more than the hire price - so made sure i wasnt ripped off.

The customer service was poor. I was told on arrival i couldn't have the vehicle as there was a fault with it, i would have to take a smaller van. This would not have been suitable. I also asked why i was not called to be advised, the receptionist wasn't sure why and did apologize. After waiting around, while he mumbled something and disappeared through the back, i was then told the van wasn't faulty and it required cleaning, then i could have it. In all i hung around for around 45 minutes. Not a great customer experience.

I rented a car to pick my family up form Heathrow London Airport who were traveling back to London from Saudi Arabia (pilgrimage). The reason for renting a car was that the luggage would not be able to fit in my car. When I reserved the car I was given zafira mini MVP. Upon booking a to hire this car I came across to a very nice, helpful & professional representative called UZAYRI SHEIKH who helped me to book something suitable. He enquired about the reason for the hire, asking relevant questions to find out which vehicle would be suitable for the luggage. He used his past knowledge and advised me to go for 'SEAT large MVP instead of zafira mini MVP(which I had initially booked over the phone)'. He upgraded the booking without extra charge, which I am content about. I am happy with the service provide at the branch by UZAYRI and happily rate him with 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(5 stars) Thanks

Staff are unhelpful when you have complex question about pricing model. They have van sitting on their forecourt but wouldn't rent it at normal price. Here is an example, I have been trying to get hold of Luton Van normally it cost £80 but based on the booking demand price can go as high as £199. If they simply say VAN is not avaliable so I can try other banches rather than simple hike up the prices and if you are new you may fall for it. Here is the Tip: Their pricing model works based on demand and based on area. So if you see higher prices in LE area just go to CV are for example because all LE would be same. Go to FREEWAY, they have fixed prices.

You can tell he is used to greeting people enthusiastically, but this time he said it best, when he said nothing at all. I originally enquired about renting a van asap and he said he could get me one tomorrow. What happens if tomorrow never comes? He replied, "No matter what they tell you, no matter what they say, you will get a van either way." I was really impressed with how he looked after me, and I will always return, knowing that when the going gets tough, he will love me for a reason. It's only words, but words are all I have.
