This was our first time embarking on an adventure in a motorhome so everything was completely new to us. Booking was extremely easy through the website and after a bit of studying I decided to book the Autotrail F74, mainly because of the fixed isle bed and it's based on the Ford Transit, I have a Ford Transit myself so i thought the familiarity would be a comfort. On collecting the the motorhome David was super friendly and demonstrated how everything worked and answered all my queries. A nice touch is you can call him anytime while you're away in case you forget anything or have any queries, so I left feeling confident all would be well. So off we went to embark on our 10 day adventure on the NC500 via the Lake District and returning via Ben Nevis, Loch Ness and Loch Lomond. All i can say is....WOW! We covered over 1500 miles and this van was an absolute dream, comfortable, great looking, handled every mountain pass, miles and miles of single track roads with absolute ease, and I thoroughly enjoyed every mile and every night in it. The only sad thing was having to hand it back! In summary, if you want an adventure of a lifetime, David and all the team at Leicester Campers will provide you with the perfect platform to create some memorable life memories. We are now planning our next motorhome adventure, so we will 100% be using Leicester Campers in the future. Huge thankyou!!

Excellent service provided by David and the team! The booking process was very easy, with great communication, knowledge and advice given. The handover was made easy by the video sent a few days before pick up. Our motorhome was the Zefiro 675 which was practically brand new with all the mod cons. It had everything we needed to enjoy our break in Scotland. We were 2 adults, 2 children (13&11) and there was still plenty of room. I cannot recommend David and Leicester Campers highly enough, nothing was too much trouble and the complimentary beer and Prosecco was a welcome find after our first day of driving. We hired the 707 motorhome from Leicester campers for two weeks and were really impressed with the service and also the quality and cleanliness of the vehicle. When we picked up the motorhome it was in immaculate condition and even had Prosecco, beer, chocolate and some Lego for the kids inside which was a really nice touch. Dave answered any questions we had about the vehicle during our trip straight the way and not once did we feel that we were on our own trying to figure things out. We drove nearly 1300 miles in total and the motorhome was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children with plenty of space and very comfortable for us all. The video of the motorhome was very informative, whenever we needed some guidance we referred to it and found it easy to follow. Everything inside the motorhome worked really well and we even found it easy to cook using the oven on several occasions. We had an amazing holiday in Scotland and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leicester campers to any of our friends, five star vehicle and service from start to finish!

Whilst out on the road David is available on the end of the phone should he be need (he wasn’t needed apart from telling him we were stuck in traffic). I do not usually write reviews, but I feel this is a must. If its 5 stars then it is a 5, if its 10/10 then it is a 10. First class service from pick up to drop off. We took out the Autoroller 707 and headed to Scotland with a call in at the lakes on the way back and what a pleasure. Everything was spot on. The van was clean,complete and everything functioning as intended, an absolute breeze to drive and comfortable too. David’s a great guy and has got time to talk with you and I believe that his number 1 priority is making sure you have had a great time. This is our first time using Leicester Campers and our experience with them means I will be recommending them and will definitely be a returning customer (until I can afford my own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). So don’t think about it, do it.

Having never considered this type of holiday before Covid introduced us to the motor home and I have no regrets. The flexibility you have visiting different locations, rather than staying in the same place, in a luxury tent on wheels is fantastic. Dave Tunnicliffe at Leicester campers provides a brilliant service and ensures you are fully familiar with the vehicle before you set off furthermore he is always available to take calls from you if there are any problems. Rented a new Auto-roller 707. Dave was really helpful. He provided a great handover and was there on the phone when I had a query whilst I was on the road. The motorhome itself was amazing. Everything you need and more. We went to Wales and had one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family (we were very lucky with the weather though!). I can't recommend this company enough. I was seriously thinking of buying a motorhome but think after this experience I would just rent one from Leicester Campers as and when we want to go away. I will then always have a new motorhome to go away in without the depreciation and associated running costs. It also frees us up to go away on other types of holidays without feeling the pressure to use a motorhome all the time. Already planning our next trip!

Just hired one of David’s motorhomes for a week. What a fantastic experience. From the moment I called enquiring about the booking to returning the vehicle we felt highly valued as customers. The van was very well equipped with everything we needed and immaculately clean. David explained everything in detail before we left and how the gas, toilet, electric etc worked. The drive of the vehicle was really smooth and plenty of pulling power to climb steep hills. The heater on board was great on the chilly nights. Fridge, freezer, shower, toilet and beds were all spot on. We are booking again for the summer. Just a shame I couldn’t give it 6⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We enjoyed the 7 berth Rimor Seal 9, 2020 model. The description was spot on and David’s YouTube videos very helpful is working the heating, lighting etc. Well equipped with all cutlery, pots pans etc . All you need is bedding. Cannot recommend Leicester Campers enough. We will be back !

T6 was great, I had to drive it to Scotland for our break as my husband had hurt his shoulder. I was nervous at first but no need to be as it was about the same size as our Mondeo. As my husband already said the heater in there was great and the bike rack was handy. Can't wait to pick it up to go again.
