Highly recommend MW Vehicle Contracts, firstly we had Larry who listened to what we wanted and tailored our quotation based on our requirements, vehicle was ordered and then like other commercial dealers through out the UK the vans were delayed due to a component shortage after a fire in China, Larry went above and beyond to get us a vehicle as ours was due to be returned. Today we had delivered our very nice transit custom Active. The second person we had dealings with was Sophie nothing was to much trouble and was updated on the van situation through out . NW Vehicle Contracts the two employees I had experience with are a credit to the company, wehave a fleet of vehicles and will be contacting Larry again in the future. Highly Recommended

After having an awful experience with another van leasing company MWVC were nothing short of exceptional. I was looked after by Tom @MWVC through the whole process and he was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the finance applications were very straightforward and I can't believe how quickly and efficiently things were sorted. Tom was honest with me and said to be realistic and wait until December for the vehicle. It was to my amazement that it showed up on my driveway 2 months early 😊 Sophie @MWVC sorted everything out regarding delivery and found her again extremely friendly and helpful. When I first started considering getting a new car I was put in contact with Stephen Robinson. I had been umming and arring for quite a while about leasing as I didn't really know much about it, however, Stephen's knowledge was second to none. He listed both the pros and cons and the benefits that leasing would give me but didn't push me into making a decision. He was all about the customer and not about pushing me into making a quick purchase. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. After a lot of thinking I got back in contact with Stephen and started the process of finding me my perfect car, even better, at the perfect price. We hit a couple of hurdles along the way with regards to my finance but Stephen remained professional and as helpful as ever. He got in contact with the finance company directly to find out what they might need from me and soon enough finance was granted. From there I was passed onto Joseph Holland from Sales Support and again was very impressed with how friendly and professional he was. Joseph was very clear with what he needed from me and was very efficient in getting back to me with regards to any questions I may have had and to when I would receive the car. Due to both Stephen's and Joseph's hard work I received my new car just in time for Christmas and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I called them sometime in November or December but I could not get the vehicle what would fit my budget or requirement. Then SHAM from MW VEHICLE called me in around February with exact car with all my requirements what I was after and there was no need to think twice. I went ahead with the quotation what sham found for me. From that time till I got my vehicle delivered to me I was informed with all the updates about my car's delivery and etc.. Even I had some issues in delivery from the dealership they resolved it in a matter of time that shows a good customer service would definitely deal with MW VEHICLE for my next car. Thank you Sham

From the moment I contacted MWVC my experience was positive. All the staff I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. I was given a whole range of options including type of lease, length of lease and type of vehicle and all options were explained in detail. The only slight hiccup came after I'd sorted out the type of lease and agreed on a vehicle and this hiccup wasn't to do with MWVC but with PSA the parent company of Peugeot as they had a small safety issue with the type of van I was leasing. MWVC contacted me and explained my vehicle would be delayed. unfortunately the delay lasted approximately 4 weeks and whilst I had several phone calls during that time I would have appreciated a couple more even if MWVC couldn't tell me much. Whilst waiting for my new vehicle MWVC arranged for quotes to buy my old vehicle and on the day my new vehicle was delivered they collected my old one. In the end, after the slight delay, I am very pleased and received excellent service from MWVC. Dan and Sophie were my main contacts at MWVC and they were both brilliant.
