A.Customer service is fantastic! Will offer you the best car available which are always spotless and clean and also cheap! I use to deal with Luke who has left but was a fantastic staff! 4 star because not very helpful over emails but overall would use thrifty any day!

W. S.Friendly personnel. I was stuck in the traffic and unable to return the van on prearranged time.They let me to return vehicle later with no additional charge. The only inconvenience was that I was given not exactly vehicle I booked but bigger upgrade ( no additional charge ). However I preferred to have smaller vehicle since is easier to manuvre and use less fuel. I definitely recommend this place.
