M. T.I needed a car due to mine breaking down. The car was delivered within a a few hours. The staff were very helpful from start to finish.
T. D.They were fine. Vehicle was ready as requested. Return was quick and easy. Location is just outside Lincoln city centre but easily walkable (Lincoln is not a big place). Would use again.

R. H.Car exchange as the vehicle I had come to the end of it's service life as a rental, shame really, as it was a rather nice Audi A5 S-line Quattro. Swapped into a Toyota Hybrid Estate (for my wheelchair) which returned astonishing mpg figures. I already have a Hybrid (being stuck back together) so expected similar consumption numbers. Toyota have got the Hybrid system really worked out.
J. O.My partner and I hired a car on the 27.7.19 from here, it was my first time hiring with Europcar. The guy in the office, I can't remember his name but he said he'd been working there I think 6/8 years (can't quiet remember), was fantastic! He was super helpful, friendly and as I said super knowledgeable. We had some complications that we didn't live in England but every issue that arose he found a solution for, nothing felt like a problem. I also love that with this company you have 24h to report any previous damage on the car, this was SUPER handy as the weather was horrendous with torrential rain so seeing the car through the rain would have been uncomfortable and difficult. I have to say it was a good experience (a rarity for hire car companies).

N. B.After being messed around with by enterprise (booked and paid for a van. However upon arrival they couldn't process the same card for the deposit). europcar sorted me a van at short notice and using the same card that enterprise couldn't process! Friendlier staff too.
