Excellent company to do business with. We hired a Transit Custom to help with a house clearance. Having researched other companies in the area we found Bank View Hire to be very reasonably priced with very straightforward terms and conditions. When picking the vehicle up, we were given a brand new van in mint condition. The service provided by the lady in reception was excellent as were the Covid-19 precautions. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a van and will definitely use them again

When I tried to hire a van at short notice, Bank View Hire were so helpful. They did not have available the van I requested, but offered an alternative that ended up being perfect! So pleased with this local van hire, called up the day before to double check everything and times to come, to save time they ran through all my checks and they let me know the van was on site and to come anytime from opening which meant I didn't have to wait and got started on a house move. Van was brand new and easy to drive, spotless and on return they were easy going and easy transaction returning deposit. I used Bank View for the first time earlier this week. Was really surprised at how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I picked up a transit van to move furnature with my son. The van was clean and basically like new. All areas were cleaned using anti bac sprays. On return, again, I was welcomed by great service and friendly staff and they did not waste any of my time having to wait for checks. The company has found a great balance between being highly efficient and also really friendly. Oh also by far the best value in Merseyside! (For near new vans which are very clean and tidy) Would not hesitate to recommend them. Great experience!

I needed to hire a Luton Van for a house move after being let down by a removals firm. The lady on reception and all the staff were excellent and took my me through the whole process and what I was signing for. Van was in mint condition and excellent demonstration on how to use the tail lift. Would highly recommend and I’d definitely use again.
