Can't fault them at all.The man who gave me the keys explained everything clearly and was very helpful!! Easy online booking so everything done prior to pick up.Definatley use them again!

Customer service was really good and the guys who helped me were really nice. I couldn't return the van on time but they were really flexible and let me return it first thing the next morning. There were some extra charges for insurance that was not mentioned when I first booked and there was no option to opt out of these extra costs. The van did what it needed to do but the different functions inside were not great. It had no air conditioning and the fan was broken and only was able to blow at the highest speed. The bluetooth wasn't working either.

Best van hire just pay to hire the van with no daft £500 deposits like some other car/van hire places were asking for. Used easirent 3 times and would use them again. Must say tho they need to get someone in the office who knows some way of how the business runs

Booked online for one price but when got there offered one with lower excess but actually cost £30 more to rent. Also van was on empty so had to fuel it and now I've returned it with almost 200 miles available for the next person. The van rental had 150 miles included but not sure what that was for given that I've had to pay for my own fuel.

The company provided what was advertised but the process of renting was difficult. Firstly, I was sent two separate addresses of where I had to collect the car from. When I tried to contact the company to clarify this, no one answered the phone, despite me calling multiple times. I then had to travel across Liverpool to the collection point printed on my voucher (which was not where I requested to collect it from) just to be told my vehicle was at the other location. Although they were able to provide a vehicle, I then had to pay an extra £180 that is non-refundable that was not clearly advertised when I booked the car, making it a lot more expensive than what I wanted.

The car was good. I found it difficult to find the place. I was surprised when at the check in they sked for my air flight details back to my country. I liked that we went through a detailed account of the condition of the car. This avoids misunderstanding's. Friendly at the return of the car.

We came to easy rent as the prices were very competitive ,we arrived to collect the van which went smoothly ,we came across a delay with our house move and the van should have been back at 16:00 the company were good enough that they extended the hire to bring the van back next morning before 8am at no extra cost we were so relieved and took the pressure of big time ,so thank you . Great rent place! Was only option for big Luton van in Liverpool. Check in was straight forward and return was easy. Special thank you to Ben, he was very patient with us. It was the first time renting a van and he was absolutely great even though we messed up a lot.

Although you would be wise to be careful of all of Easirents' rules and regulations, I got a good car for a good price, and the staff was really helpful. Coming from the United States I didn't understand everything about the car, but the person who handed it off to me very patiently went over everything that I needed to know. The location near Costco downtown is pretty easy to deal with and it was neither busy nor hectic there.

Great rental experience. Pick up and drop at Royal Liver Building on time and no hassle. Gave them a call 20min before hand to tell them I was arriving. The main branch is in Bootle and the staff needs time to get there. The car was really nice and new, and no issues whatsoever. Car check at pickup and collection was short and simple. Again, overall a good experience.
