文.It’s unworthy place to live. The issue of fire alarm happened quite often in the last two years, particularly at weekends, no one working in the reception. Tenants can do nothing but waiting outside for over 2 hours. I tried to contact with staffs here to switch off but they said cannot help. What’s hell this place is!
a. z.I stayed at Gravity for 18 months and my stay at Gravity was absolutely fantastic. The location is on very nice and quiet area few minutes walk to Liverpool City Centre. Surrounded with many coffee shops and restaurants. The building has a very close access to Liverpool Jamse street station. . The studio itself was well furnished with well maintained facilities. The gym is well equipped and available to tenants. The staff (Janine and Akilah) were especially supportive and were quick to address our needs whenever a situation arose so that I had a comfortable stay at our flat. I had a great experience overall and highly recommend the property to students and young professionals looking for a residence in Liverpool.

It is also close to the University of Liverpool (25 minute walk). Not only that but the apartment is close to bus stations and subway stations that ensured we were able to commute easily even though we did not own a private vehicle. The studio itself was well furnished with well maintained facilities. The gym is well equipped and available to tenants. The staff (Janine, Akilah and John) were especially supportive and were quick to address our needs whenever a situation arose so that we had a comfortable stay at our flat. S. A.Absolutely lovely residence. Modern fittings and centrally located.The building is secure, clean and well maintained. There is a fully equipped gym accessible to tenants. A very helpful concierge is always able to assist with the lettings consultants sitting in house to offer any further support. A huge thank you to Janine and team for making our stay so comfortable. The accommodation itself is incredible, modern and well laid out. I would recommend staying here to anybody wishing to live in the centre of Liverpool.
C. M.Gravity is absolutely fantastic! The building is well designed and maintained; always clean and always being improved! The staff here at the Liverpool site are fantastic and really care about doing their jobs well, as well as the needs and wellbeing of all the occupants they oversee. I absolutely love living here! It is secure and in a prime location! I never want to leave! If you are looking for a friendly, professional company, great and affordable living space, with great security, lovely views and alt he peace and quiet you could ever ask for, then YPP is the one for you! Janine and Akilah (on-site agents) are absolute stars!
J. G.The Gravity Residence staff has been absolutely incredible from start/viewing throughout to moving in, and after moving in as well! They have been treating us like royals and there is nothing at all i can fault them on and how they go out of their ways to make sure we are happy. Its a new renovated building and we are the first ones to move in to tenant this flat. Fresh reception with staff 24/7 with CCTV throughout the building! Secure! There is an onsight gym too! Highly recommend to move in and rent here for an all inclusive experience! 👍
M. F.The studio is good. It's well-located, secure and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The downside is that the window opens just a tiny bit. Make sure to take pictures of everything prior to move in and don't bother too much to clean the flat before moving out. They'll charge you the cleaning fee anyway.
