Great experience- I hired the Morgan for 4 days for a wedding weekend, car was a pleasure and real head turner. Service was quick and easy on pick up and return. Will use these guys again.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Lovely people to deal with and on the day of collection I was kept updated with calls and texts so I knew what was happening. I chose the Lamborghini Huracán and all I can say is... wow!! What an outstanding machine! Jaw-dropping performance and a sound that brought smiles to many passers by. Highly recommended, I'll be returning.

Fantastic and recommended, I will use the company again if I'm hiring a supercar. I hired the Lamborghini Hurracan for my dad and I. It was spotless and very exciting, easy to drive, and a lot of fun. Bespokes had great communication from start to finish. The return policy was seamless, I would say have no fear of them looking for any excuse to find damage after to charge large volumes, it was as normal as a standard car hire company where both parties check before and after. Have confidence and enjoy!

A really friendly firm. I booked a mustang convertible with Mandi for a weeks trip with my girlfriend to Devon. We picked the car up from Bristol and returned to the same address meeting 2 of their friendly team, Abraham and Alan, one on each occasion. For a premium car hire company I wouldn't say the customer service was of premium quality. I made my initial enquiry through email, which then became this long winded to-and-fro conversation eeeking out prices that weren't correctly listed on the website. Neither were their opening times or address. And then when I didn't get a response to my last email, I had to call the office with my query. Surely, if you want the customer, we (the customer) shouldn't be chasing the query we've made? Once the car hire had been sorted, I had to call and ask for the correct address on the morning of the pick up. The car pick up was pretty straight forward - though for the price you pay I was disappointed to find that the drivers' footwell was dirty/muddy and the windscreen water tank was empty, it was filled while I waited. This isn't the premium service I was expecting. As a treat for my partner's 40th, it wasn't exactly the easiest treat to arrange. The car itself was excellent. No qualms there. Just the pre-customer service was rather frustrating and disappointing.

I was honoured to be just the second rental of the profoundly stunning Ferrari California T. A weekend of stylish cruising around the New Forest, roof down, in fabulous weather. Just perfect and another memorable experience ticked off the bucket list. As expected a wonderful supercar yet so easy to drive and so comfortable. Adam, Adrian and everyone I dealt with at Bespokes from enquiry through to booking and pick up we're great and nothing too much bother. Adrian was even kind enough to accompany me for the first 400m of the drive out of Kings Cross to help settle my nerves - of driving such a new, amazing and valuable car (maybe I shouldn't admit that)! I've been aware of Bespokes for many years but it wasn't until a recent birthday that I finally decided to indulge and treat myself. We spent a few minutes dealing with the necessary paperwork... and then I heard it! The sound of the Ferrari F430 Spider starting up is truly a thing of beauty. I couldn't wait. I was given a brief introduction to the car and then it was time to head off for the weekend. I'm not familiar with London and was unsure of the best route out of the city. A member of staff offered to lead me out to the ring road which put my mind at ease and was above and beyond what I'd have expected (I didn't fancy being lost in a £90,000 car in a strange city at rush hour!). Driving the Ferrari is an experience I'll never forget, I just wish I'd taken more photos of it! I most definitely now have the 'Supercar bug' and cannot wait for the opportunity for another hire - that Lamborghini is on my radar :)

I was invited by Andy Ling to join on a trip to the New Forest. The experience as a passenger in the brand new Ferrari California T. was amazing! The weather was brilliant, so we let the roof down while we drove through the beautiful landscapes of the NP. The ride was very comfortable and you could really feel the power of the car as well. Bespokes Sports Car Hire is always my first choice when hiring a car. I do that at least 3-4 times a year. Every time I pick different car because I hate uniformity. I am telling you, each time I had exactly what I wanted and until now I haven’t had any troubles with the cars I have rented.
