J. M.Friendly staff that helped us address any issues we had. Any pre existing damage at pickup was well marked so made the pick up process super quick. Importantly, was very well staffed so the whole process was efficient. Has after hours drop off (just keep in mind there's only limited spots so it's a bit of a gamble but we were fine). I even forgot my wallet in the car and they called promptly to inform me.

C. L.I've had one good and one bad experience here. The staff were helpful on both occasions.
On the good experience - nothing went wrong . We were unsold a much better car at a discounted premium.
On the bad experience a car with smoke smell and a few marks in the interior was only noticed once we were 20 mins into the journey and delayed. Would've returned, but couldn't avoid further delay. No deposit forfeited, but no one wants the worry or aggravation. Clearly the advice is buyer's beware.
Overall, will probably go back again given excellent location. Will make full interior and exterior inspection.

I've hired so many cars and have only ever had one situation which was handled excellently. The car tyre warming light came on about a mile after I'd picking up the car, I planned to just go to a garage and put air in the tyre so I phoned them to let them know and they said "Come back and we'll sort another car" the replacement car was ready by the time I got back.
I highly recommend.
A. S.We have booked a car from Euston branch and returned it at Stansted Airport. Staff at Euston was very friendly and in less than 10min we were ready to go. Returning the car was even easier, we have only handed the key at the office, that's it. They've froze £200 for deposit which was released in two days after return. Car was new and perfectly clean. We deffinitely going to use them again!
R. D.Helpful staff and fairly reasonable prices when booked online in advanced. I rented a van from here for moving house and didn't have to wait long when picking up or dropping off the vehicle.
R. H.Really lovely customer service, I got the van quickly (within a few minutes) and it was brand new with only 400 miles on the clock. Returning it was equally as easy and friendly and they even directed me on how to avoid any congestion charge. Big thumbs up.
J. S.Having read some not-so-good reviews, I decided to take a punt with them and I was very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff were friendly, swift and quite efficient. The whole process took about 10 minutes and I have the key in my hand.
A small detail for you: when I arrived, only one staff was at the desk, tending to a customer, within 5 seconds seeing me, he said "someone will be with you soon". Now, he totally didn't have to say that and I'd be OK if he only say it after he finished with that customer. But the fact that he did, was a great example of customer service.
