started working as driver 1 year ago. i did search around car for rent. then i found DIRECT PCO HIRE hire on internet. spoke to mr SHAZ. he was really polite and professional and invited me to come and have look for car according to my budget and i made my mind decided to go with DIRECT PCO HIRE. trust me people he helped me from day 1 uploaded my documents and make sure m ready to drive. even during COVID pandemic and lockdown he was so helpful and understood my situation as driver. his cars are really well maintained. i never had any issues. The guys at pco direct were very easy to deal with it was my first time renting out a pco vehicle they explained the process over the phone to me told me what documents I needed to bring and once I was there the paper work was done instantly and they was also kind enough to help me upload all relevant documents on the Uber app for me. Great Experience as I was all new to this. It was my first time renting out a car let alone I was knew to all this private hire business. Shez was super helpful and really friendly, I could tell he loves what he's doing. He walked me thru the car and all details with a lot patience as I was bombarding him with all sorts of questions. Also the boys at direct pco will happily upload your files to uber or other platforms. All in everything went smooth. I also want to say direct pco uses genuine parts for their vehicles and services them on a strict basis (I have seen it myself). The prius I rented was very clean and tidy and was equipped with a dash cam. Shez also walked me thru the settings and send me a clear video on my whatsapp on how to reset the dash camera etc. I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly and polite. Ide just like to say that this company is one of the best Private Hire car rental agencies ive contacted so far. they showed amazing customer service from the moment i called them till the moment i left. Brother SHAZZAD sorted everything that i needed. provided me a car on the same day along with insurance for an amazing price, better then what i was quoted anywhere else. the car i took from him showed signs that it was extremely well maintained. All the tyres were brand new and the car was ready for the road. SHAZZAD also provided me with all the documents to upload to uber and i was able to start work on the very same day.
