Always friendly and efficient service. The location is conveniently located on the edge of the congestion zone. The only watch out is this location has occasionally added a Premium Location surcharge of £25-50 that is not listed on the initial booking confirmation.

The service has been brilliant Both picking up and dropping off, I believe it was Soraya picking up and Andre dropping off and I apologise profusely if I haven't spelt the names correctly. Everyone has been very kind to me and I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I’ve rented several cars in my life, yet this has been the best experience by far! The Branch Manager, Andrea Bianchi, is extremely professional and customer oriented. I got a full and very helpful briefing when I’ve picked up the car and he answered all my questions very efficiently. If you live in London and you need to rent a car, then Enterprise Marylebone is your place!

Update: they refunded me and mentioned a human error. Rented a car for the weekend. Car was great and service was friendly, but when I returned the car, they said everything was fine, yet the receipt they then sent me by e-mail contained charges for fuel. I returned the car with the same amount of fuel, I even took a photo of the fuel gauge at 7/8 before leaving the garage to make sure this wouldn't happen. Make sure you check the bill they send you, even when they tell you everything is OK when returning the car, and always take a picture of the fuel gauge BEFORE and AFTER the rental! Note: I've seen some nice comments about helpful employees informing clients on how to avoid the congestion charge. I wish I had received this advice as well, as all navigation systems will take you right through the congestion charge if you head East. Tip: Consider having a sign or asking employees to mention it to all customers? Would go a long way, make people happy you saved them £15.

So grateful to these guys for helping me out at short notice when my car didn't start and I was already running late in leaving to drive to Manchester for an important appointment. They even offered to upgrade me from a small premium to a large premium which was so kind but I didn't deem it necessary and so I declined. They swiftly got the car ready for me which was fully Covid safe and spotless inside and out. There were no issues upon drop off either; in fact, they were more than accommodating when I was slightly delayed in dropping off due to traffic and didn't impose any extra charges on me. Overall, great customer service from friendly and helpful staff - a branch I will definitely come back to should I need to use their services again.

Very convenient location (just outside on the border of the congestion charge area - so make sure to avoid or you will be charged 15pound per day), and very helpful staff, with good priced rentals. The only (little) disappointment is that we have asked for an economy car, thinking we will receive an Vauxhal Corsa and we have received a Fiat 500 instead that we thought was more like a mini category. But I have to admit, I always wanted to try one of those, so it was fun trying it. The only problem was to fit 4 people with a full size luggage and a carry on... not possible. The full size luggage will not fit in the boot.

Free upgrade. Quick service. And really helpful pointers from staff member Ashley Raju about avoiding congestion charge. Took the extra time to show us how to change settings on Google Maps so we wouldn’t have to pay any fee leaving or coming back. We definitely would rent there again because of his helpful service.

I have previously rented with Enterprise and they have provided consistently great service. Their cars are well serviced and equipped with great features. My only concern is with the setup of the whole Kings Cross rental-car-providers setup at Euro Car Park. The waiting room was small with all providers sharing the space and long cues going out the door. I had to wait 45 mins for my car to be retrieved. But like I said - great service, great car.

I couldn’t believe how easy the process of renting a van from enterprise was. The man at the counter I think his name was Daniel was very friendly informative and couldn’t have been any better! It took under 10 minutes to drive away in a van and go about my day and returning the vehicle was even better. I would highly recommend this branch of enterprise due to their excellent service, highly competitive prices and simplicity.

We have rented vans from Enterprise at Euston a few times and have always been happy with the service. That office is now closed and transferred to Marylebone and we hired a vauxhall vivaro for a long weekend. Absolutely great service. We didn't know about the new additive adblu which meant a hasty check on google and a slight panic but soon sorted. The vans are always clean and the staff we dealt with were super helpful. I can see others have not had our experience, but we will definitely be going back any time we need a van.

Service is good, detailed instructions from the clerks. They will always try to upgrade you somehow, not all is gold, but the £25 insurance is a spend that will make your day more relaxed in the end, so go for it. Always remember to have your documents on you and be patient, they do have law requirements to satisfy in between trying to provide a good level of service, therefore losing your temper over a contract to sign is just really bad form.

Your manager at st Pancras station extremely helpful and polite and a very friendly person. I only rent from Enterprice because of the level of customer service you provide and you have a Well established trained staff that treat every customer fairly and with respect. Once again give all credit to your staff and a special thanks to your manager who I always found helpful and great to deal with at the front desk. Great service, convenient location. On Sunday 12PM (opening time) was crowded though, with lots of people wanting the car and at some point just one person serving customers. Would be great to analyze the "customer traffic" and man the desk (and stock the cars) accordingly. In spite of the short wait, the car was given to me very quickly and total wait was just about 20 mins.

Well what a surprise... the whole experience of hiring a van from Enterprise was great. The person who helped me at their London St.Pancras dept was a young man called Gilu, he was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The van was new and great to drive. I dropped it off in Darlington and the staff in the office there were lovely too. A young woman called Abbie helped me and was also a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use this company again. I recently rented a car which got changed at the last minute but was very pleased with the car I got, was very clean and tidy inside and a good car to drive, it was how ever with out it being sign posted because of the heritage status around the area was difficult to find, my suggestion is to either google Avis rental services it’s in the same location as that, if that fails search for YouTube space London on Pancras road you’ll locate it opposite that store.
