Hired a van for the weekend and it was the most efficient, value for money professional vehicle hire service I have ever used. From the website, booking process, collection, liaising via email with queries and pre checks to finally returning the vehicle, every step of the way was easy, clear, friendly and very professional. I will be definitely hiring from H&H again in the future, an exemplary company for vehicle hiring. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of hiring vans. I wish the H&H and their staff the best of success for the future.

Another excellent experience with H&H. This was the second time we used them to provide support vehicles for a charity bike ride and couldn't fault the service. Even when one of the vans developed a fault on Day 1 of the ride, they were able to get a replacement out to us in Dover in good time for us to board our booked ferry to Calais. Brilliant service once again from H & H. This is the second time I have used them now. The first we hired a 9 seater minibus at short notice. The minibus was good quality, clean and comfortable. Pick-up was very quick and easy and the team at H & H are very friendly. The second time was this weekend and I hired a 14 seater minibus. Again was a good quality minibus, comfortable and picking up (and dropping off) was a doddle. The other great thing is the location. Close to Kentish Town on the Tube, so easy to get to on public transport. But also very close to the M1 so easy to get quickly out of London as well. Very impressed and will be using again.

I called up H&H to book a short wheel base Transit, unfortunately they were fully booked for SWB on the days I wanted but offered me a long wheel base at no extra cost. Because of COVID-19 they asked for copies of all documentation in advance meaning that when I turned up they could offer a very safe and fast service, I was driving away in the van less than 5 mins after arriving. Their was plenty of sanitiser available and the staff member on the desk was really helpful. The van was in very good condition, clean and easy to drive. Unfortunately, through no fault of H&H, the van broke down during the hire period, but H&H provided very clear instructions on how to get this dealt with by the RAC and were very helpful in arranging a replacement to allow me to finish the job. Genuinely the best service I have ever had from a car/van hire company and all at reasonable rates. Cannot recommend enough. Particular thanks to Charlotte and David (I think) for all their help!

I've rented many vans for photoshoot work, and have to say that H&H is BY FAR the best rental service I have used. Their customer service is really next level, i am constantly amending and changing bookings due to shifting schedules and they are always happy to accomodate. I wish every company was as efficient and friendly as H&H! They replied to every email in record times (normally within about 10 minutes) and were always really clear and helpful. Following my initial enquiry, they sent an accurate quote and all the info I needed for next steps within 5 minutes. As I came to them due to being disappointed by a long term lease company's month late delivery, I was really grateful for their help. I had to push back my return date and H&H were really great about it and even dropped down the price to a discounted rate because it had been longer term. The process is simple and very professional at every step, including when adding additional drivers to a vehicle, which can be a painful experience with other companies. The customer service is great, the company is very responsive and reliable. The vehicles are in perfect condition. Great value for money, takes the headache out of sourcing and managing a fleet.

Right, where do i start..... Booked a van and was called back soon after to confirm details and make payment. Arrived in the morn and was shown the van and emailed the damage report there and then!, was then given the keys and let loose on the streets! Van was clean and tidy (had been washed), worked as it should. Returned the van on Sunday night and put the keys in the safe deposit box. But forgot my House Keys in the van!!!! First thing the following morning I went back and spoke to a gent on the desk who immediately checked to see if the van was still there, which it was (phew!). One of his colleagues opened the van for me and I found my keys in the drivers door pocket - Note people..... Double and triple check before you give the keys back!. The service i received was brilliant from initial call. I would without doubt recommend these guys to anyone in the London area and will be using their services again in the future. I've rented from H&H before ages ago, and it's nice to see that nothing's changed, they're still brilliant! A family run business and it shows, customer service is absolutely spot on. Despite a ton of new competition in car clubs and rent by the hour firms, they still work out better in the round. I rented the small Connect (which holds a lot) and needed a trolley to help. Steve lent me a heavy duty barrow which made moving a washing machine a breeze. They did that at no extra charge and with a smile. Collection & drop off are trouble free too. In London, there's no one renting van's better!

So pleased to have used H&H for my minibus hire, they were quick and efficient, the minibus was in good condition and the staff were friendly. Significantly better than other minibus hires which are possible in the area and really convenient to get to from North London, being a small walk from Kentish Town tube. Only complaint was that the minibus arrived nearly empty and I returned it at 1/3 full, as I had no idea what mileage I would get from it hence filled it up completely - far prefer a full-to-full service.

I recently moved back to London from the Peak district. I used HH van hire on two separate weekends to do this move and on both occasions I've been very pleased with the service. Vans are clean, well maintained and the chaps in the office are friendly helpful and efficient. One of the vehicles I hired was the largest I've driven and I was a little nervous about manoeuvring something of that size - they guys ran me through what it was like to drive, what to watch out for, and showed me features of the cab (where to plug satnav etc.). This wasn't something I've had from other hire places and it was much appreciated. The 24hr drop off facility is very useful and the prices are excellent. Mame and I hired a long transit van for the weekend to help my dad with some aspects of his house move. The hire company have asked me to write a review, which I am very happy to do. We were both very pleased with the van and the hire company. The van was in good condition and we had no problems with it. The hire company seemed professional and well organised. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a short but useful guide to driving a longer van. They asked us to return the van with roughly the same amount of fuel as it started with as opposed to the really annoying trick that some other hire companies use of telling you to return it with an empty fuel tank. They didn't add on a lot of extra charges as some other hire companies do. When going over the condition of the van, they said that minor scratches and marks didn't count, both pre-existing ones and any we created. Although we didn't create any new ones, I think it is good that we wouldn't have had to worry about every little mark when taking it out and returning it. In general they seemed pretty laid back and reasonable. He joked about how often people return the vehicle damaged from not taking left turns wide enough and how they have their own body shop to repair them, but he didn't seem angry about it. Fortunately we didn't damage the vehicle despite my left turns being a bit dodgy at times, but if we had, I don't think they would have been angry with us or given us a hard time. We would certainly use the hire company again.

Used HH, when i was moving house a couple weeks ago after using some of the 'bigger' firms in the past and there was no competiton. They were cheaper then the other quotes i got, and there was only a £100 deposit as opposed to £250-£500 with the other lot. They pointed out the scratches the van already had and the van was in good nick. In the middle of moving all my gear into my new flat, i thought i had lost the key (dopey b@stard) and was convinced someone had picked it up from the street. I called HH and they sent a driver straight away to give me the replacement key in 20 mins (kentish town to hoxton). I ended up finding the key later that day when i was unpacking so avoided the replacement charge. There was NO call out fee!! I ended up dropping the van back late that night and dropping the key in the drop box. Nice and convenient! They also ask for the van to be returned with roughly the same amount of diesel as it was picked up with unlike the other firms who will do anything to charge you extra. The man on the desk who i dealt with was a top geezer and was very helpful. Overall, I cant fault these lot. 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Will definatly use them again and have already reccomended them.

I cannot recommend this company enough. A very slick and professionally run establishment that catered for my last minute request for a Luton van. There was no waiting upon pick up and all admin was completed very promptly. I drove away some 15 minutes after walking in. A nice touch was also to find out that the van was on automatic payment for the Dartford Toll. The van was immaculately kept and all the minor damage was pointed out and recorded before I signed it off. I completed an approximate round trip of 600 miles with the van easily maintaining good speed despite the full laden weight it was carrying. I will definitely look to use H & H again when in need of a van.
