Brilliant service, friendly driver arrived early and was happy to wait and take photos for us. The whole service was excellent from the bottle of drink for us all to the journey, allowing us to play our own music. I couldn't recommend Platinum Ride more. Many Thanks, Dan.

Brilliant service! Booked limousine hire for my daughter’s 18th birthday surprise.. The driver was very professional, friendly, polite and courteous. He arrived promptly, on time and he was very patient with us! We had a 1 hour mini tour, as well as balloons and a complimentary bottle of champagne all inclusive for a very reasonable price. Excellent value for money! This was an outstanding deal compared to other companies I had quotations from. Overall, I am very pleased indeed and so was my daughter 😊. I would most definitely use Platinum Ride again and would strongly recommend their services.

I booked a 13 seater excursion with this company for 10 people from Croydon to Epsom (single trip) for my friend's birthday. For £220 we were promised a complimentary bottle of champagne and a hour cruise, which were very happy with. I read the other good reviews and thought that it was a good company but it was proved to me that its was not the case. When discussing our plans over the phone with the man who I assumed owned the company (i don't know his name) I got the impression that he didn't really care about what we wanted and seemed very uninterested. His responses were very non nonchalant and mostly involved him just saying "yeah yeah yeah" and it felt like he was brushing us off. We called him a second time to ask whether balloons could be put in the limo as something special for my friend and he didn't even remember our booking at first. I'm giving 3 stars only because the driver was excellent and made our experience really good. He arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was friendly and helpful. He even agreed to drop some of our friends off on the way to our drop off location as they would not be coming with us to the destination. We had so much fun on the cruise on the way there and could not have been happier with HIS service. The only disappointment was that we did not get the complimentary champagne we were promised and we didn't get any balloons in the limo which we had requested over the phone. Also the man over the phone said we could choose between a white or black vehicle, I requested a black one but a white one showed up on the night. Again the driver was excellent and I would book with this company again if I could only deal with him. As for the owner of the company he needs to work on his customer service skills.

We hired for a hen party, 13 girls and the limo was great; Devon our chauffeur in particular was awesome! We loved it so much, that they were kind enough to book us in for a second night at last minute! & thanks for the champagne 😊

We hired a limo to take our son and family up to Mayfair Register office for his wedding from Carshalton, south London. Our driver was exceptional, so helpful and courteous and patiently waited while we took pictures before starting on our trip. When we hit a standstill in the traffic due to an accident ahead, he managed to turn the huge limo and divert to another route to ensure we got to our destination on time. Huge respect for his driving skills and huge thanks for getting us to Mayfair with time to spare.

I used Platinum for 11 boys on my sons 9th birthday and the service we received was exemplary. The booking was easy and confirmed near the date. The driver was friendly and professional and the kids had the most amazing time. I would highly recommend - very good price too :-)
