Absolutely wonderful experience. Way cheaper and easier to hire then the greedy gits at Enterprise. Reward Van Hire charged me around £400 for a weekend hire and Enterprise tried to charge me £1700 for the exact same vehicle and dates. I know where I will be going from now on. First class service. Recently hired a van from Reward Camden for a collosal self-drive house move from the south of Spain/Gibraltar, back to the North of the UK. Honestly can not think of a part of the end-to-end service that could have been better. Competitively priced, no quibbles about the inter-European hire, helpful and friendly staff, and also added peace of mind with the security features of the vans. Would recommend to anyone, and will definitely use Reward again.

Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend. I was stuck with trying to find a decent price van hire in London with only a few days to spare. I'm so happy that I found Reward. From my first phone call to the over the counter service they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The van was very clean and well looked after. They took the trouble to point out every little scratch that was already there and make sure it was marked on the sheet. I rented a small 3 seater van over a weekend. It was a great price, very straight forward and quick to pick up the van and drop it off. There is a 24hr drop off service. I liked that I could pick up the van any time between 9am-12pm which gave my optimum flexibility. I was also able to hire a trolley which was helpful. Great customer service!!

Reward were like chalk and cheese compared to the other 'cowboys' we had suffered with. We found them professional and very friendly to deal with. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE - We hired a long wheeled van to take items back to Ireland a few weeks ago, the information and help given was top class. I have used the Vans to clear houses, collect sofas in Kent and deliver sound-systems for parties in Wales and have returned them at all hours of the night - their secure key drop-off box makes this extremely easy and you can be sure that you will not be ripped off for additional money for imaginary scratches. The one time I had a breakdown with a van the breakdown cover was comprehensive and we were soon soon fixed and on our way. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They way out-perform the big players, not just on price but also because the people who work there actually know their stuff and care about the customers. They are a great example of a local business outperforming against the big players through quality of service and they are exactly the sort of business that deserve our support. Hired a crew van to get myself and 3 work colleagues plus a trade show's worth of stock over to Ireland in one go. The van supplied was just what we needed. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful throughout and you didn't feel that you were going to have the van forensically examined on it's return as per the big names (who don't even supply this vehicle type) for any excuse to charge you further money. Very reasonably priced. I will certainly be using them again for future trips of this nature.

I just rented a short wheelbase Transit for a week to go to the South of France. Reward were helpful to the max by arranging a green card, international insurance, and giving helpful advice re international recovery. The van was very comfortable to drive long distances with a well thought out driver environment, including good screen wash control (essential!), storage for papers, water bottle, CDs and inevitable rubbish. The sound system was great - for CD anyway.... French radio leaves a lot to be desired! All in all a 100% experience.

Reward are that rarest thing these days: a 'proper' family business, running an efficient, friendly, reliable service. We've been hiring regularly from them for a couple of years, and Rob and the team have never let us down. The vans work reliable - their on site service guys make sure of that, and can strip the engines down blindfolded to make sure they can be relied on. And the great advantage they have over a massive global rental company is that they treat you as a human being, not just a number. You can speak to a face, they respect you, and they don't overcomplicate the paperwork unnecessarily. They genuinely want the customer to be happy. The vans aren't going to change your life, but vans aren't meant to be Bentleys - they're work horses. Please support them rather than a faceless Sixt or Avis if you're anywhere near Kentish Town/North London. The service and loyalty you get in return will make it worthwhile. And - crucially - they won't rip you off. Prices are very fair.
