A. W.Would recommend renting a car with Virtuo instead of the traditional rental companies anytime. So much more flexibility and the quality of vehicles are much better. Car was clean and well looked after and worked consistently with the app for unlocking/locking etc.
App is well designed and easy to use.
Victoria NCP pickup location is a bit dark and cramped so not the easiest place to inspect the car when checking for damage. Also had difficulty getting into the car park itself, as without a ticket to a parked car I had to call up the NCP help line to remotely open the entrance door.
Despite this I would definitely use their service again. Also pleased to see they offer Tesla model 3 in London now.

T. B.Being a bit old school, I would have preferred some more human interaction especially when the hire first starts. There is very little information on the basic controls to operate the car. E.g the controls for the automatic gears. I was unfamiliar with cars with no central control system. I liked the ease at which I could extent the car hire, when I couldn't find a petrol station to top up the car.
