I have rented many 9 seaters over the past few years. Most rental companies offer a very poor service.. some are simply crooks. Gary at VWFS was professional, friendly and helpoful. He offers a simple good value service. It's what renting a car should be always!

He was very welcoming and friendly to deal with, and provided clear and simple details about the rental and terms. The Caddy van was brand new and in perfect condition. I am always very worried from taking cars & vans from smaller companies due to the horror stories and ending up with a bill that costs the same as buying a used version of the car. VW Colindale was perfect. If you are thinking of renting a van, the do so without any worries. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and looked after straight away. From the moment we arrived to leaving it took approx 15 minutes and we were on our way with a stunning 70 plate transporter. Everything was very easy from the booking process to taking the keys. I would recommend VW Rental Colindale to anyone who needs a van.

I had a brilliant experience renting an Auto VW Caravelle for 3 days from VWFS Rent-A-Car Colindale. It was easy to drive, the price was very reasonable and the family enjoyed the lounge style seating. Pick up and drop off was so quick and easy and the service we received from Gary was excellent. I was even contacted after drop off to let me know I left something 10/10. I would love to hire the VW California one day soon as looks stunning in the showroom (although im not sure its available to hire at this branch)

I rented a family car from VWFS Rent-A-Car Colindale for a long weekend family trip to the Lake District. To start with the price was extremely competitive and by far the best in the market at the time of rental. My experience with the staff, especially Gary was excellent. Extremely professional. I rented a Caravelle MPV 5 Door which was of the highest standard and the process to pick up and drop off the car was seamless. My personal vehicle is a Mercedes Benz 2018 Glc 220 4MATIC Urban Edition and in my opinion, the drive and comfort was equal. I highly recommend these guys for your future rentals.

Absolutely Brilliant Service from Gary. We were let down by another rental company last minute & when we turned up to VWFS to rent a van Gary worked his magic and put us in a Van in less than 20 mins. Unbelievable price only £37.69 for a 20 plate AUTOMATIC Transporter. Now i'm gonna be a regular, I would give them 10 stars if I can. Overall excellent service would highly recommend
