Very helpful, pleasant and professional both at collection and at drop-off. Central Maidstone location inevitably means traffic and it's in the one way system, so don't miss the turn!

Highly recommended. Great service from the staff at Maidstone - friendly, efficient, polite, helpful. Was no hassle to extend rental by one day when my plans had to change at the last minute. Rental car clean and tidy. Don't go anywhere else to rent a car!!

Hired a car for the day as a result of their tie up with Hastings Direct car insurance. This works whereby you leave your car with them to be picked up by the designated repairer and get the use of a hire car. Everything fell into place really easily and Ashley could not have been more helpful and friendly. The car was fine, with half a tank of fuel in it and, as I chose to have them bill me for the fuel I used, I was very pleased to see they were extremely fair with that charge. All in all a very low stress experience, I must say I was very impressed.

No issues with customer service, they're always awesome to deal with and can only give 4 stars due to a couple of issues with the car we got this time. Never had any reason to raise concerns with any previous vehicle but there were 2 that I made the staff member receiving the vehicle back aware of - no travel left in handbrake, I left in gear when parked just in case.. also there was no water feed to the rear jets and so spent much of the long journey with no rear view, until it rained! Staff member said she would get the car to the mechanics so at least it should be fixed for the next rental! Next time I will probably give 5 stars 😁

Received a free upgrade on arrival as my car was not clean. Staff at Maidstone Branch fantastic and very helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 was due to drop off at Gatwick North Pod, no one was there at 3pm in the afternoon, all other suppliers were present, shame, but will still use again, they are the best.

The Best Service I've ever had from any company EVER ! Sounds iffy I know but I honestly have never been treated so well by a company and all of its staff in Maidstone. Ever so helpful on the phone to my wife & myself. Picked me up for the car collection and one of the staff just walked up to me and introduced himself to me and shook my hand before carrying on with what he was doing when I pulled in to the yard. All 3 of the girls behind the counter were well mannered and extremely polite all taking the time to talk to me. I would throughly recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately didn't get the chaps name who assisted me throughout the whole experience of renting from this branch. They were all thoroughly helpful, called me first thing in the morning to let me know to come in twenty minutes later as the previous hirer was running late which ensured that I didn't have to wait around. Thorough with their inspection of the vehicle when they released it to me and made sure that they were around when I went to hand it back. Would definitely not hesitate to use Enterprise again with the service received from this branch.

Excellent customer service can not fault any aspect of the hiring a van from them. Collected my husband at agreed time, van recommended in very condition and perfect for the job. Dave the assistant manager served me and was very well spoken and polite throughout the transaction. They pulled the car out front and pointed it in the direction I was going. In Canada we always use Enterprise. They seem to treat their employees with respect and pass it on to the customers. Despite many differences in the way things are done in the Uk we have had the same positive experience there. The young woman who helped us could not have been more friendly or more helpful. I've been using this branch for nearly 2 years now and i cannot fault the staff and service provided, i hire regularly and normally last minute but they always get me a van pretty quick. The advantage of using this hire company is that i'm in and out normally within 15 mins compared to other's that have had me waiting nearly 1 hour before not good when your needing to get to a job quickly. Prices are the best around as long as you book in advance, i've just booked a van for today and it's £31.00 that's half the price of Northgate who i used to use, plus 99% of the time Enterprise vehicles are nearly new and usually high spec, you can't beat a van with heated seats and air con on those long journeys! Thanks to everyone at Enterprise Maidstone for keeping my business running smoothly. Phil Webster.
