I chose to hire Executive Chauffeur Ride for my wedding and do not regret it. Customer service was exceptional and on time. Also very understandable as we were slightly delayed to the venue but they reassured us that this is ok and happens, giving us a more then pleasent experience for our special day. Also, granting us the option to stop part way through the journey to allow us to take could take pictures with the car in a nice scenic veiw area with the Chauffeur helping to take pictures definitely topped the night. To summarize, I would definitely recommend this for any Chauffeur car experiences as they have went above and beyond for myself on my special day.

Omg what an absolute find!! After searching for days for a car for my sons prom that didn't cost a months wages i found these guys,from start to finish ive been so impressed! Fantastic price for my sons rolls royce to his prom, absolutely amazing friendly driver,who took photos on arrival and sent them to me,had a chat and laugh with me and my boys,then took some for me when he arrived at the venue,and sent them over to me,my son messaged to say how happy he was with the car and the driver too. All in all a fabulous drive in a lovely car for my 16 year old and i 100% recommend this company and i will 100% use them again in the future for special occasions. A special thanks to the driver Dee you were amazing!! Need a car for prom/wedding anything these are the guys to go to!!

Thank you for making my sisters wedding a memorable one! Hired the Bentley, service with a smile, clean car and booking was very easy and simple. Prices are the best around, one thing i must say is they made us feel at ease, messaged us the day before confirming the booking and how excited they was to be part of this special occasion something most hire firms lack. The car arrived before the requested time which was fantastic (in the past other firms have come late or just on time). The gentlemen that drove us was very friendly and professional. I got recommended to use this company from a friend and this has been the best experience I had for my wedding. They chauffeured me from Swansea to Preston and then Preston back to Swansea all on the same day. The drive was so smooth and very spacious and service was exceptional. The driver was so kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable by stopping off at service stations whenever it was needed. We hired the Rolls Royce Phantom EWB and the Rolls Royce Ghost for our wedding and we weren’t disappointed. The service was outstanding. The cars were in beautiful condition, inside and out. Both drivers were dressed smart and made an effort with us during the journey to and from the venue - A/C and music choices on the Bluetooth/aux. Very professional and lovely service. Outstanding service! I don’t really know much about cars but the lovely chap guided us through the different vehicles available and was so helpful with deciding what to go for, for our big day!. We opted for the beautiful pearl white Bentley! What an eye catcher! Made our wedding so much more memorable and just made it run smoothly overall. The driver arrived on time and dressed very smartly. We was even greeted with a card just to top off our day!! The experience is amazing! Very well looked after and just a happy place to sit and enjoy the qualities of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend to anyone! Punctual, Professional and Very well mannered. Great customer service and they helped me a lot at last minute but the only complaint I have is regards the drivers and because of the I have to give 3 stars. The RR driver you sent me, he was absolutely disgraceful and extremely rude!! He also refused to stop for some picture even if I had that booked. The limousin driver you sent me, he basically refused to enter my road and my wife had to walk to the car with wedding dress. He left the bridesmaide at the parking where we stopped for picture. It such a shame that I have paid double the price and the drivers were both unprofessional and lack of respect. They were in such a rush even tho I had them booked for that time.

After a very quick change of plans due to Covid pandemic & tier changes, my guest had her plans changed dramatically in the space of 10 hours. I had made enquiries & booked this executive service from an incredibly efficient, polite, accommodating telephonist. Within 2 hours whilst on the train to Liverpool from south this company facilitated & provided us with the most spectacular white Bentley. We were collected from the city railway platform & taken to the car. Our attentive chauffeur greeted us in PPE mask. He presented our guest with a special birthday card, we were driven to our luxury destination with our choice of music, the sound was phenomenal. We had the roof top open & the sun appeared from the clouds as if ordered for us? A real nice gentleman. Our return collection was also as prompt. Plans changed again and our guests were driven to their destinations instead of the city train station. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting the perfect day. It really cheered us all up during 2020, the year the world took a change we won’t ever forget. Thank you and we look forward to using you again.
