P. A.I hired a car from Hertz Piccadilly 2 - 22 April. The car was ready for me when I arrived, it was in immaculate condition and the gentleman gave me a good orientation in its features. On 22 April, when I returned the car, the gentleman who checked it in was friendly and efficient. All up, it was a very satisfactory experience and I would certainly deal with Hertz, again.
T. M.Great service, no problems with my rental, got a bigger car than I had booked as they didn't have smaller ones available. Hassle free and I didn't feel scammed.
However, on my email it stated Firefly as the company and I had a hard time finding the right place until someone from another rental service informed me that it was indeed Hertz. Should have really included that in my confirmation email.
