I've used this company on and off since they have opened and all I can say is amazing. The prices in my opinion are the best around and the customer service is amazing they help as much as they can to get you what you need no deposit needed you pay for what you use . If you need a van definitely go here I don't live in mk anymore and yet i still use these because there brilliant.

Very friendly and welcoming. Tried to hire a Hertz van prior to finding Frosts and they wanted you to jump through hoops and had no customer service. What a refreshing change Frosts are. Polite and friendly. Happy to talk to you on the phone and you can even pop into the office prior to your booking to make sure all your documents are in order. Will be using again and would recommend them to everyone.

First class van hire company .I'd measure the customer service I received as exemplary having worked in customer service for 35 years myself .The Team photograph doesn't show Plasticky individuals ( real people at this company ) . I hired van on Fri 4th Feb (pm) and returned on Sat 5th (pm)Needed to speak to the staff over the telephone in addition to on location at Bletchley before and after the hire the following day . It was a pleasure to speak to all staff concerned over the telephone feeling that they were all in every way attentive ,unlike other businesses that make you feel like their preoccupied with other people . Wish I could remember all the names of the Blokes but Allen who I spoke with on Sunday morning just topped it off .Thankyou so much everyone .With Respect Gary Mackmurdie.

I needed to hire a van to collect a sofa from Gloucester to Milton Keynes but could only do this on a Sunday due to work commitments. Frost Hire offered me the perfect solution. They are open for two hours in the morning to collect the vehicle and for two hours in the evening to return the vehicle, where most companies were either closed on Sundays or only open from 12pm til 4pm which was not long enough for us to drive to Gloucester and back. The van was very clean and well maintained and was easy to drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even when my son left his phone behind they found it for him and waited in the car park for us to collect it before they went home. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs to hire a van and I would hire them again without a doubt.

It was a sunday morning, we needed a van ASAP to collect some windows, and after phoning around we came across Frost Hire. Not only did they have one van available but the service all-round was cracking. Whilst the price wasn't the cheapest it certainly wasn't bad, and we had absolutely no trouble renting it out for the day. The van we got was a Vauxhall Vivaro, and it was great, really quite economical. Can't argue at all with any aspect of this service, we'll certainly use them again should we need to.

Needed a van, managed to pick one up On A Bank holiday Monday of all days, Called a few companies no answer, left voice mails and no body got back to me, Called Frost Hire late on Sunday night, then picked the van up Bank holiday Monday at 8 AM.
