Excellent service and advice. They were very accommodating as I needed the van last minute from Saturday afternoon. No other company I tried was able to facilitate this. The van was in lovely condition and suitable for my needs, with a full tank of juice so I did not need to worry about filling it up until it was time to return the van. The price was extremely competitive compared to other van hire companies in MK with a reasonable, refundable deposit. I intended to use the company again in the future and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent rental experience. The service was first rate, pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. Very competitively priced this was the best deal locally by a considerable amount. The van was clean, comfortable and a pleasure to drive. I was shown around the van prior to taking charge of it and given lots of helpful information all of which contributed to a stress free experience. I Underestimated the size of van needed to move furniture … one phone call and 30 minutes later practical had a Luton van waiting for me which was more than big enough to accommodate the furniture . I booked a van for a weekend in August. The van given was in excellent condition and staff were extremely helpful. I had forgotten some ID documents and staff allowed me to use their computer to ensure the correct documents could be found. Staff were polite and friendly. Full deposit returned without any problems.

Hired a van for the day to help with a house move. Instructions given by Nick was clear and booking was smooth and quick. The van was available the afternoon before my booking which was offered at no extra cost which was a nice. I was provided a 2020 automatic Volkswagen van which was obviously in great condition and nice to drive. Giving the keys back on return was a quick and easy process, after a quick check I was given my deposit back and I left as a happy customer! In comparison to other van rental companies, Practical offers far cheaper prices in comparison to other large hiring companies, and I felt I had great value for the money. Fully recommended

Needed a Luton Box van at short notice I discovered on Thursday evening, for Saturday morning. Called Practical on Blakelands and spoke to Nic. Don't worry he said, we will get you sorted. With no fuss and the smoothest of service, our 'Brand New' van was ready and waiting for us to collect on Saturday morning. We got our job done, (which was made oh so much easier with the tail lift) and returned the van later that day. After a quick inspection, our deposit was refunded and we were on our way. Thanks Nic. The service you provide at Practical, I doubt could be bettered anywhere. Super people, super service and super vehicles! Why would you even look anywhere else?

Hire a small car for the weekend. Found the staff friendly and helpful. The car was clean and a good condition. Not badly priced either compared to some of the others out thee. Collecting and dropping off was hassle free - having booked the car online. Came with a quarter tank of petrol which lasted for the amount of travel had to do on the weekend and a fiver topped back up to quarter
