K.We were in a bind when we got into town without a car rental reservation and found out that most car rental agencies were going to charge us a huge fee for picking up the car in AIRPORT and dropping it off at the John Wayne Airport. They saved the day by charging a modest ($55) dropoff fee. The staff was very helpful, very courteous, and worked hard to make things work out for us. If this company was publicly traded, I would buy stock in it.
M. C.I have to give this location 5stars for the simple fact they stuck to there word and I did not leave until I was satisfied. I reserved a car for 1 day(24hrz) upon arrival no car was available so for the inconveniences upgrade was giving to me amongst other amenities. There customer service was surperv all smiles no attitude 👍👍
