T. N.Can't recommend these enough, after having my rental cancelled by Thrifty the night before I needed the van. I managed to rent a van from these guys, process was very easy, and the guys working there made renting the van an absolute pleasure. Van was spotless and drove like a dream. They even allowed me to rent for additional days by just ringing them up. Will definitely rent from here again.

J. J.The value for money offered by this company is second to none, it's vans are high quality and the prices are very low. I hired a LWB Van for a total of three days; in which I drove to Derby and back to Newcastle, and paid £60. The van was very good, it was clean, drove well and I managed to fit loads in the back. The staff were friendly and polite, overall the experience was great and I'd say Metro Vehicle Hire are the best van hire company in the North East.

Good price, VW van was clean, in good condition and low mileage. Also very economical vehicle. Staff friendly and helpful too
P. R.I hired a van from here on saturday 5th december 2015. The website was very easy to use and told me exactly what documentation i needed to bring with me on the day. When i arrived to pick up the van the paper work took only a few minutes, during which the guy didn't try and sell me any of the extras that are normally pushed on to you (excess coverage, extra damage protection etc). The van i got was exactly as described on the website.
After using the van all day i dropped it back off at the office. There was a quick inspection of the van and it was given the all clear.
Great service, will use again and would highly recommend!
J. R.Would give it 5, but the guy checking the vehicle when handing back in, wasn't particularly friendly. And I filled the van to the top (on the first click of it being full) and they charged me £9.50 the next day because it wasn't brimming over! Not sure how they fit £9.50 worth of fuel in it, unless they drove around for a while before taking it to the garage.
