I was flying into London for a family reunion Of the four other families who rented cars, I had the most amazing and seamless experience. I was called as soon as I got off the plane, and I was picked right up from arrivals. No waiting in line, no hassle at all. And drop-off was as easy as parking and dropping off my keys.
