Firstly I was really impressed with the service; I was catching the 4am boat on the Tuesday following the recent Bank Holiday which I thought was going to be a problem - Premier's allowed me to complete the paperwork and take the keys on the Saturday which enabled me to collect the car on Monday evening. Secondly the car; I was not sure what to expect with the Chinese manufactured MG3. First impressions were positive, and after driving nearly 400 miles, mainly on motorways, I was really quite impressed; comfortable and spacious, well equipped with a brilliant sat-nav and hands free system, good handling and more than capable to cope with sitting at 70mph for mile after mile. Thanks Premier's for everything.

Absolutely excellent service. Had my old transit in the garage for repairs so I rented a top notch van from Premier. I was't sure how long I would need it for and James, the guy I dealt with, was exceptionally helpful and flexible to meet my requirements. Also a good price compared to the purportedly cheap renters!!! I have to say the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. I really recommend talking to James if you need a van on the Island.

The van was just what I needed with plenty of room for a double bed. Collecting and returning the van was easy and convenient and the price was good too. Friendly and helpful service from all involved in the hire I will certainly be using again in the future

Premier Rental saved the day! They supplied a 9 seat minibus for our break to Cornwall at very short notice. Very helpful indeed. We have hired from them before but will definitely be using again.

The mini bus was a treat to drive and very comfortable for passengers as well,would liked to have known when picking up there would be a £500 pound deposit refundable when returned in the condition as when picked up, everything else excellent 👍
