I asked them to change some scheduling and she totally worked with me. In person I had a very professional yet personable service. Now, this is my second car and both have issues with tyre pressure. Just like the last one, all over inflated yet one considerably less than the others, I wonder why? This car has a higher than expected average mileage and it feels like it. By that I mean it's pushing 16k and I honestly don't think I've ever had a rental so heavily used before. But then, it's a 2019 model so, to be expected. Picture included. First rental was a BMW which was ok though we tyre pressure issue. With the BMW it's annoying because settings are not stored because for that I'd need to be a BMW member and signed into the car. It's annoying as I suspect it would remember eco preference and store that setting but it doesn't. With both cars, and I know it's pretty but we perhaps reset the system between users. For example, I couldn't add my phone because it already had 6 users, I had to remove them myself. It really doesn't take long to do the reset.

Excellent customer service, no complaints. They helped me when my car needed to come off the road early, so needed the hire car sooner then booked, they changed it and really helped me out, as I needed it for work. The lady showed me where the main controls were and how to remove silly functions like the stop/start. They extended the hire period with no problems, told me exactly how much extra it would be and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and reasonable it was. I've just returned the car and the lad in there was nice and polite, easy quick process, if you have nothing to hide and follow the terms and conditions.

Simply Fantastic service from first making the call and speaking with an Irish sounding chap called Martin, to going to the branch and being served by a young Lithuain lady. Great service and a great car also. You will have my future business. Keep up the great service. 10 out of 10. Thankyou.

I am French, i am in England for 3 months and i hire a car every week-end, i use rentalcars app. I have already hire 5 times, without issues. Car are always clean, full tank, smell good. Staff is friendly. Someone say that the black women is helpless and rude. But it's wrong. She is kind. I know that chinese are impolit, so maybe is the reason why !!

A place to rent a car for foreign debit card owners in UK. Service is OK, but the website is terrible. Book your car in advance because they are constantly short of cars.
