J. C.It was 2019 when we stayed in wren , Absolutely lovely place to stay, Great for the dogs & everything we needed was there. A very good Base from which to travel around the Norfolk coast . Owners are really nice as well, Hope to go back there soon 😀 .
L. W.Beautiful accommodation in peaceful Grub Street Happisburgh. Wren cottage has everything we could ask for. Lovely decor, garden flowers are in pretty vases round the house. There's a great welcome basket of local produce & the proprietors Julian & Liz go out of their way to make you feel very welcome indeed. Our two dogs love the pretty orchard garden which is enclosed and my husband and I spend alot of time just relaxing in it. Couldn't rate it highly enough & look forward to our next visit very much!
J. M.What more can I say than this is our perfect holiday location. So quiet, private and peaceful yet so close to so many amazing beaches! All of which are 100% dog friendly.
Cart Gap, Eccles, Sea Palling and Happisburgh beach all within 10mins drive of Boundary Stables.
Julian & family are the most friendly of hosts and provide all that we needed for a self catering holiday. We have visited now at least 6 times because we love it so much and of course it's also a great hols for our dogs too. Plenty of friendly pubs / cafes to take them to such as Nelsons Head, Ship Inn, The Lighthouse Inn, The Greyhound, Poachers Pocket, Kingfisher Cafe to name a few. The list goes on btw....
If you have dogs and want a fantastic sunny warm summer holiday then don't hesitate to book Boundary Stables but leave me a 2 week space for 2019 coz we'll be back guaranteed :)

The accommodation is beautiful airy and clean , everything you need is right there , even a sauna to use !!
There is a large enclosed garden/ field to exercise the dogs in and sit or BBQ , Yuki loved it there so much we are booked to go back again this summer .

We've stayed at Boundary Stable six times now and for us it's ideal. The accomodation is clean, comfortable and fitted with all the ammenities you'd find at home.
There are several really lovely walks right on the doorstep and the coast is literally a five minute drive away.
We've always received a friendly welcome from Julian and Liz.
I would thoroughly recommend Boundary Stables to anyone looking for a quiet break or as a base to explore the locality.

L. M.Boundary Stables is without a doubt the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. Going back this year for the FIFTH time. Out two mini schnauzers settle here like no other place we have ever visited. We’ve stayed in 3 different cottages and all of them are up to the same very high standards indeed. Immaculately clean, well layed out, modern and classy, with first class equipment, providing guests with a genuine home from home. In fact, when we spend our much treasured two weeks of the year here, we don’t feel like we are guests, it just feels like we live there! (I wish!!!). Holidays in the UK just don’t get any better than this. Could not recommend Boundary Stables highly enough, anyone considering going, don’t hesitate, you will have a fantastic break in the most idillic surroundings.....simply PERFECT.
