H. M.I hired a van for one day last Saturday and was really impressed by the service received by the team there. I can’t remember their names now, but both guys that I spoke with were funny, friendly and very helpful. Some hire companies leave you feeling like they’re out to take as much money from you as possible, but the Mile Cross Rd branch at least, genuinely seem to have the customer’s best interests at heart. I’ll definitely use them again and will recommend others do the same.

I regularly hire a car and each time without exception the quality of the cars and customer experience is truly world class, nothing is to much trouble the team there which makes hiring a car a very enjoyable experience. Sophie who has helped us a few times is a fantastic ambassador for Enterprise cars , thank you very much for such a fabulous car hire experience!

M. C.Flawless service as usual. They even allowed me to store my car in their compound whilst I had the rental van which was a great help. Nice friendly staff, always a pleasure to deal with.
G. F.Good service, decent cost for van hire, pleasant and helpful staff. Although I didn't drive here in my car to collect the van, it is worth noting that you cannot leave your car on site. There is a car park behind screwfix which can be used but is not a secure car park.

First van I was given a long wheel base luton , doing the job I do this didn’t work well for me as it was far to big had enough space to transport a entire village and there belonging and still have space, I drove back to the branch the following week to hand the luton keys back and have something of normal working man size as whoever booked this needs to wobble there head to check it’s attached,
I was given a little Vauxhall van which Sophie sorted which was stored inside another luton ironically (there huge)
Had the Vauxhall for 2 months was a decent drive,
Sophie dealt with me through most the process like a boss, some would say manager material, was very friendly funny to deal with and helpful.
Only negative I could say as if broken down in my personal van and walked to get a hire van 1/2 marathon distance she didn’t make me a warm brew TW0

I was lucky enough to get a brand new Jaguar XE r-sport with just over 400 miles on the odometer, hired for a long weekend and really didn't want to return it by the end (I would highly recommend). Will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't think twice about recommending them.
M. B.Due to small RTA my insurance company had arranged for me to have a hire car for about a week whilst mine was being repaired. I had specifically requested a small manual car about a week or so before I was due to have my rental car.
On collection I was given a large 4x4 vehicle that was automatic. I mentioned straight away that I had requested a small manual car as have never owned a automatic car. Albeit the car was luxurious I was given the sales jargon 'your insurance company wants you to have a nice car'.
Although I have been driving for over 40 years I was nervous as I drove the car out of Enterprise at The Boundary in Norwich.
When I went to collect my own car from a local well known repair garage I was able to leave the rental car with them which was really convenient.
I was contacted by a very nice lady from Enterprise, who asked how I got on regarding my rental vehicle. I explained I had requested a small manual vehicle, (I wasn't complaining I was just letting her know my thoughts) she checked on her records and agreed that is what I had requested, she immediately apologised and said that I would not be charged for the fuel that I had used. I was very grateful for that and thought it was a very kind gesture. I would use them again and I do recommend them and you may get the luxurious automatic 4x4 that I had 😊
P. C.Hard to give an experience as you do the main work on their website. But when you get there you are greeted well and served quickly with a no nonsense approach. Hardest bit was finding my driving licence:-)

G. Q.Nothing but a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Norwich. My car was damaged in an accident and they organised a nearly brand new, clean and high end courtesy car for me. They even picked me up from my house, and took be to collect my car once I dropped the courtesy car back off to them. I’d like to extend my thanks to the four people I dealt with especially - being Georgia, Ryan, Alex and Matthew (apologies if I haven’t got the names right!) who made sure that an otherwise bad experience of my car being damaged was as smooth, painless and easy as possible. They are a real credit to their company.
L. C.I always get the best service from here. Georgia and her team are approachable, attentive and, if does anything goes wrong, are fair. Rates are reasonable and if you're an AA member, you get 15% off through their app.
L. V.Not as cheap as they used to be and hard sell on the extras (which means the original price is high as it doesn't include somethings you would expect) but they do collect you and take you home after which is great. In the past I have been left waiting for over 2 hours.....
It would be nice if the staff knew the cars as I had a hybrid and wasn't told how to use the battery power.
As good choice of cars, I always go for an auto which is a nice option (and of course costs more)

Y. J.I actually had the vehicle for 5 weeks as a courtesy car, while mine was in for repair. The vehicle originally booked was unsuitable but was offered another vehicle straight away.
I have used Enterprise Norwich many times and have always received excellent customer service.
b.The guys I dealt with at this branch were all friendly and helpful, even offering a free upgrade when the size of van I'd hired was unavailable. However the company itself is typical hire car fare, tons of hidden fees and upselling based on the fear of losing an exorbitant insurance excess.

S. F.I cannot speak highly enough of the team at this branch. We recently took an aid mission of vital supplies to the Ukraine border and the team at the Norwich Boundary were nothing short of exceptional. From advice to paperwork, diligence to support - nothing was ever too much trouble. They moved hell and high water to get the vans to us on time and even add in a few extra last minute, which meant going out of their way to source vehicles from other branches at a great expense to their own time.
Sophie, Rosie, Dominic and Carmina you are a complete credit to this organisation and there is no other company or it's representatives I would rather deal with for all of our vehicle rental needs.
