Brilliant service again. Been coming back here for years as they really look after you. In my case Marcel was totally superb, and went the extra mile more than once to make my road trip (with my disabled brother) as smooth and well supported as he possibly could. I went for the get-collected option, which was great and free (if you ask for it), and the pickup and drop off were very quick and easy - moreso than I've experienced before. Lovely car as ever - brother loved it... which counts for a lot in my particular circumstances. 5th time running - top class :) Thanks to Marcel and the team.

Excellent. Courteous, polite and efficient. I had a car recovered by the RAC so a loan car was needed. Europcar Cambridge were first choice. What a shower they were - avoid! Truly awful service and attitude. Enterprise (Aaron and his colleagues) by contrast were the complete opposite - great customer focus. RAC - I’d use enterprise every time, so important the customer service is right!

We hired a car just for 1 day during a holiday in Norwich. This is one of the best car rental experiences I have had. Pick-up and drop off couldn't of been easier. Explanation of optional extras and accident policy was clearly explained and all the staff were very friendly. The car was in perfect condition. 100% recommend.

Really the best car renting company in UK. They rent out to new UK license holders as well and are very considerate/reasonable with respect to any small wear and tear. From personal experience with the staff at Norwich Heigham street branch. Keep up the good work guys!

Great service! Very considerate of personal circumstances. With all hire companies it's wise to take your time even if it feels ott, to check everything on pickup. You never know what the last driver got up to! Used 4 times this year, with a couple of kind gestures thrown in.

Used them when my car was written off in an accident. Provided by my insurance company. Simple process to book the vehicle. Slightly disappointed with the after care - delay of nearly a week in collecting the car, customer care dept were abrupt and lacked listening skills. That said - staff on site were very professional and knowledgeable. I have, and would, use again if I need to rent a car again.

Only place that a new driver can hire a car but prices are high especially the refundable deposit ok you get it back but you got to find £200 to start with and those on benefits due to disabilities would struggle to find the deposit money. Very polite and helpful staff and a massive choice of cars

Despite given 3 days notice the requested car was not available but was upgraded to a slightly larger one at the same cost. All went well with the hire until returning the vehicle when some dispute over amount of petrol used. Unfortunately they had not filled the tank at the start and then misread the dial on return. Motto is to insist on a full tank at the start or make sure the actual dial reading is agreed and recorded correctly before taking receipt of the car.

The staff were very good and I would use them again at the drop of a hat but I not happy sending out a vehicle with some things g missing I take on what the member of staff told me they cant check fully every vehicle ie a bulb can go any time but something like a wiper blade well I dont know the answer possible taken on more personal could be an answer??
