I cant thank the team at Norwich Airport. They went above and beyond to rectify a mistake which they didn't even make (it was a third party booking agency ) and really helped me out with a lovely car at a very reasonable price .thanks guys Regards Stephen sherman

Hired a car from them last week. Atif was very helpful. And told me as long as we take pictures of all the damages and don't dd anymore, we won't be charged for damage. All the bad reviews made me worried, but I was impressed by the way they do business ( Norwich branch). Will come back again for sure.

Great cars, cleaned and as advertised. Just a bit busy sometimes when you pick up the car and few times received different & contradictory infos regarding their policies, but suppose this was due to the early time of pick up. Other than that, great service provided!

Good helpful service, very reasonably priced and a good deal with the full tank option (pay £30 when you pick the car up and return it with next to no fuel and they fill it up). Car was just as you expect from a car rental.
