Excellent service, clean well prepared cars and vans. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake is good prices too! Just recently hired a car from them with less than 24 hrs notice and it was no problem! They couldn't be more helpful! Highly recommend!

Don't even bother looking anywhere else, these guys are fantastic. Always been very polite and helpful. The only car hire in town (as far as I am aware) where the standard base price is £30. Which is cheap! Just don't forget to buy top up insurance from a third party (applies to all car hires, and won't cost you more than £10) Thank you First Self Drive!

Super friendly customer service and very reasonable cost of hire. Hired a Luton Box van. Van was excellent. Had been well looked after, was clean and all damage was correctly recorded before I left the branch. The team took some time to talk me around the vehicle which was a really nice touch ensuring I was comfortable with controlling the vehicle before I left which in my view is very responsible and was really appreciated. Highly recommend First Self Drive in Norwich and I will definitely be hiring from them again!

After my car broke down I was stuck with a very important trip to make at very short notice. After contacting quite a few other companies who I found very unhelpful, I was recommended to First Self Drive who sorted me out very quickly with exactly the car I needed, a beautiful Nissan Qashqai (better than my own by far). They even delivered it to my door at a VERY reasonable rate, quickly and efficiently and exactly when I needed it. The car was spotless, and they took the time to give me a very full and detailed explanation of all of the cars workings. All of the staff that I spoke to were professional and polite, something that sadly we do not always find these days. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found them and would have absolutely no worries recommending First Self Drive to anybody. I can't wait until my own car breaks down again !

Yet again all expectations of a great rental surpassed I wanted a large estate for a family holiday to Cornwall. I was recommended to take the Kia Optima diesel at an amazing rate I recommend calling up to sort out....what a car for what we wanted it took five people in comfort effortless to drive over the entire drive down and around on holiday and when it came to a nearly a nine hour drive back in holiday traffic it was without any fuss. The process made all the easier by excellent customer service the handover to my wife and the return by me no hassles and so much better than other hire companies I have had to use through work. If your renting then you be mad to go elsewhere.

I hired a luton van to move house (long distance). First Self Drive were clear on the pricing and flexible on the times so that I could plan the move around the best times for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I made the booking and when I collected and dropped off the van. The van was clean and an easy drive - I admit having never driven one before I was nervous but after a short 'tutorial' from First I was away - loved driving it.
