A. S.I had no trouble in renewing my van loan agreement with Rentals Direct, after the first year with them, as they are a professional, friendly, supportive, efficient and positive company to be associated with.
Would thoroughly recommend them, especially after events this week, when my van broke down but within 1½hrs the team had replaced my van with another, helped transfer all my parcels and liaised with the insurance company, to enable all my customers to receive their deliveries that day.
Can't praise Rentals Direct enough, in all areas of my dealings with them, as nothing is too much trouble for them and what is important to me, is that when they say they will get back to me, THEY DO, which is something other loan companies could learn from.
