Hired a Luton van from here, was a 19 plate ford, brilliant condition and was exactly what i needed for a hosue move. Brilliant service at a great price. Will defiantly be back if I need to hire a van again.

In short I got an immaculate van, fantastic value and brilliant service and this is why I'm happy to do my bit to support this great business. I needed to hire a van last minute picking up at 3pm on a Friday and returning the same time on a Saturday, other companies weren't able to accommodate me because this was outside their opening times. Bridges made it possible for me and were by far the cheapest I found. With lower prices you don't often expect great service and high quality but that's exactly what I got. A true test of a company is how they act when things don't quite go to plan and this was put to the test. I was in a rush and I did not notice that the deposit hadn't been deducted from the total I paid on the day, once I realised they resolved it immediately. It was a simple error from both of us and it can happen anywhere, they have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish and offered such great customer service I will definitely be using them again.

Hired a van over last weekend. Beautiful van, nice and clean. Easy process to book, collect and return. Great customer service. By far the cheapest around too. Will be using again!

Really friendly service and very helpful. Van was in great condition and everything worked perfectly. No problems from start to finish! They even let me store my bike inside overnight and then jump-started it for me the next morning when I dropped off the van, as my bike battery had died! Couldn't ask for better service! Great guys and a great Fleet of Ford motor vehicles. The team at Bridges Van Hire Explain everything in detail. They do get busy so be patient if the telephone line is engaged. They do sack trolleys for a small fee also. Which helped me no end with washer and freezer. Thanks for the service Bridges Van Hire. 2nd time using and will always recommend.

After never having hired a van before, I was very apprehensive about the whole process. The guys there were very helpful and met my needs really well. The vans were far cleaner than I would have expected and there was several vans to choose from so got one that best suited my needs. I will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

I hired a van for a couple of days. They were easy to deal with, providing the van and instructions on how to operate it (including the tail lift) with no hassle. When I returned it, they did a reasonable inspection of it, none of the "we need to find a way to charge you extra" rubbish I've seen with other hirers. I would have liked them to be open later on Saturday, but they are allowed to set their opening hours. :-)

Hired vehicles from Bridges on multiple occasions, LWB Transit vans, Luton's, SWB Transit and have always had the same service and quality of vehicle. The vehicles are always ready on time, clean, relatively new and easy to use. Always in and out quite quickly and never an issue when returning. I moved myself just before Christmas and the guys were fantastic and really friendly to my kids who helped, and just helped my sister to move over the weekend. Can't recommend enough, keep up the good work!

Borrowed a Luton van off them to move business premises. The lads were great, showed us around the van and how to use the tailing and things, all paperwork was completed very quickly and the van was great. Pretty much brand new so was immaculate inside. The handback to them was so easy, I have had issues in the past where the pick up on the slightest bit of dirt in the cab or and eyelash being left on the steering wheel

Always a pleasure to deal with this company I have used them several times over the last few years Very helpful and friendly staff, new vehicles and extremely competitive prices.

The van was in A1 condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. One comment I would like to make however is the over zealous attention to detail regarding fuel use. We usually use Watts and sometimes bring it back slightly under what we set out with, and sometimes slightly over, which they are ok with. It’s not always easy to get it spot on if you are refuelling some distance from the depot. This more flexible approach makes you more inclined to return, and over time it works out (and after all the hire company doesn’t pay for the fuel, the customers do). Fair enough if you’ve used a quarter of a tank, but to have such a scientific approach when there is very minimal difference leaves a bit of a sour taste. As I say though, good vans and nice staff.

I have hired vans from Bridges for 7 years always friendly staff the vans are very new and pristine inside and out they even look after my own car while I hire one of there vans. I also brought one of there ex hire vans some time ago it was the best van I ever had !!! At busy times I also need to hire an extra van from time to time and they always have what I need.
