Excellent service from Jill and the hired Motorhome was as advertised and more. The care and attention to detail was fantastic. Made our 4 day trip to the coast very memorable indeed and we would definitely recommend and use the Company again! Wonderful work Jill. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Found JMS Motorhomes on the internet by accident but what a gem to have found! Not far from where we live too. Hired this beautiful motorhome for 6 nights, travelled the East Yorkshire coastline on our first ever motorhome holiday. Jill has been fantastic! Always replies to whatever you ask her. Jill's help and guidance was excellent. Motorhome was well equipped, clean, surprisingly spacious too. My hubby and I are definitely going to hire from Jill in the future. We cannot reccomend her and her motorhome enough. It has put a smile on our faces. I couldnt stop taking photos of it. 👍😁 Thank you so so much Jill.

Renting from JMS was excellent in every way. For a start, rapport with Jill about the hire was so friendly and helpful, well-organised and clear. Before the hire Jill guided us through all the security issues and deposit and what we would need, is being our fist hire, meaning we felt secure about our plans. The motorhome was then excellent. It was so comfortable, well-equipped, and, with Jill’s simple instructions, was easy to use. We had a great holiday in The Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines, and on return Jill was so helpful again in rounding off the hire and remembering all our bits and pieces from the van. Great (automatic) van to drive. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for future hire. July ‘22.

Overall fantastic experience with JMS! Jill’s attention to detail was exemplary, excellent communication, she was really, really helpful and the van is superb, awning, table & chairs everything we could possibly need.. basics like washing up liquid & toilet roll all greatly appreciated (sadly not every owner supplies these things!) Plus some nice treats 😊 What a shame we were only going up the road to Newark for our annual church camp, how we would love to have gone to Italy! 😉 Fab time had by all, thank you.

We hired a motorhome from JMS in August 2021 and have to say it exceeded our expectations. We had postponed our trip for a year due to lockdown but that was no issue for Jill, she was very accommodating. We looked around the van prior to booking and Jill spent significant time showing us the entire setup. When we picked the van up it was very well presented, extremely clean and very well equipped. It ran faultlessly and was very comfortable and in extremely good condition. Everything functioned as it should and Jill was keen that we kept her updated should there be any issues. The only minor thing was we had to source some coat hangers which we left for the next client. I would thoroughly recommend JMS to anyone who is considering hiring a motorhome.

This was our family’s first Motorhome trip, Not only did JMS supply a very up market Motorhome with all the instructions and YouTube videos if you required, it came with dog treats and Fizz 🍾already chilling in the fridge, A great experience from start to finish with these guys, couldn’t recommend them enough 10/10

Amazing customer service and wow what a beautiful luxury motor home. This was our first experience ever going away in a motor home. From my first contact with Jill I knew I was in safe hands. She was very informative about the running of the vehicle. I received an email video of directions within and out of the motor home so I knew what to expect. Upon collection we were given a tour around and shown everything we needed to see. Our trip went smoothly and we were very impressed with all the facilities that this vehicle gave. We will definitely be doing this again. We would highly recommend this experience.
