Reception / staff very helpful. I explained what I needed and they recommended the best van for my job ie size and spec also taking into account the distance I was travelling. Prices were good. It was a stress free process and would highly recommend. Return process was just as smooth. Well worth the 5 stars.

Highly recommend 3 Ways for van hire. Good choice of vehicles. Price was fair and the van we were given was clean and in good working order. The guys were very accommodating, allowing us to take the van a day early to avoid the morning rush. Their shop is also well stocked with boxes and packing materials - very convenient for anyone in need of logistics.

I have previously hired carpet cleaners from here.(absolutely spot on), however had an XL Panel van for this last weekend. The booking process was efficient and seamless, the staff polite and a pleasure to do business with. The van was clean, modern and a pleasure to drive! Unfortunately my drivers door mirror was "removed" on my travels; these guys could not have been more helpful! Within two hours, they had come out to me and fitted a new mirror to get me back on the road. Absolutely top notch customer service, will definitely use Three Ways again :)

I hired a van recently and 3 ways were faultless from start to finish. They were really responsive, professional and friendly prior to hire. The van I hired was clean and in good condition. They offer a premium service and for very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend.

Brand New and everything under one roof. Removal Packaging, Van Hire, Porter Service and Forklift if required open 7 days a week

I did leave another review but after reading it again it was abit harsh so it has been removed I have used this company for boxes and they are a great company I was just annoyed that my wife rang a few times to hire a van and no one phoned back.

I submitted an online enquiry late on a Fri evening. Got a call back the following day, they were very polite and explained everything clearly including what they required from me and if I got the items over to them that day it would be very quick when I came to collect the vehicle. Picked the van up on the day at the time agreed, as discussed this process was very quick, again the staff were very polite & professional, explained things clearly and the whole process was seamless. They offered the additional protection for reduced excess, I politely declined and they didnt push this which I have experienced from other rental companies. When I returned the vehicle the experience was exactly the same, quick & seamless. Prices are very reasonable for the area and compared to other rental companies and I will definitely look to use you again in the future and recommend to others.

It was a pleasure hiring the short panel van from this company. I wanted to hire the small hatchback, though it was already out on a hire, it took the team at 3 ways no time at all to find me a suitable alternative which I very much enjoyed driving. They provided me with all the relevant information I would have needed and offered a prompt and secure service. I returned the vehicle on a Saturday where my deposit was processed and arrived in my account the following day. Could not have hoped to find a better vehicle hire company and I will always use them in the future, highly recommended and best deposit rate going for hundreds of miles!! Really easy and an excellent price. I called looking for a large panel van but none were available, the person on the phone was able to suggest another size which would also be suitable for what I needed to transport, and so I opted for the extra large panel van, which was only £5 more for a 8am-4pm booking. The only requirements were a proof of address that matches your driving license, such as a bank statement, and a driving license code from the DVLA. 3 Ways sent a link through to my phone following booking in order for me to submit this with ease, at a time convenient for me. Upon pick up of the van, the staff were really helpful and professional, ran me through any details that I didn't understand before showing me the van I had hired, which was checked for any damage and sanitised before I set off. I am really happy with my experience and will be using 3 Ways again if I ever need to hire a van or other such vehicle!

THE BEST COMPANY EVER! I ordered one roll of bubble wrap and it was at my house within 1 hour! Sometimes I have to wait for my food longer than that! Amazing, really amazing. On the top of that staff was really kind, polite and helpful. Good communication - I got a phone call from also polite person who was delivering my bubble wrap. Even though my order is so small there was absolutely no problem with getting what I needed which was very important to me as I am moving house very soon and needed some extra wrap. If I will be ever moving house again(and I am pretty sure I will) I will use that company again.

Amazing customer service! I was concerned when I found out my box was being sent by DHL (after a very bad recent experience with them), and the first tracking update from them showed 'delayed'. I contacted 3 Ways and they were on the case immediately and the package arrived in time for my house move. I do not hesitate in recommending 3 Ways! Great company!

I hired a Luton van on the 19th March from these guys, they were by far the cheapest in the area. I didn’t get what I needed to do on that date and so needed to hire another van for the following Monday, they sorted it all out for me within about 5 mins when I returned the Luton. No hassle and my deposit was back in my account the same day!..unlike most of the major hire companies...will definitely use these again!..10/10 service 😊😊

Popped in after a googling places in Peterborough to buy boxes - and I’m so glad I did! I was given an unexpectedly early date for completion of selling my home and hadn’t thought through removals. Manny and his team were amazing, they were able to arrange a 2 man team at a week’s notice plus storage and quoted me a really reasonable price. Manny came out the same day to ensure my quote was accurate, then on the day emailed before to confirm their arrival time. Removals were completed smoothly, tidily and with minimum disruption and they made a stressful day so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you!
