I would definitely recommend Bongo holidays for rentals and we will use them again in the future. Great communication from the beginning and throughout the hire. Liam showed us round some motor homes before we booked so we could choose which one suited us best. The motor home was clean and in great condition so it was like a home from home. I also was able to speak to Emma whilst we were away as I couldn’t get the gas working so she talked me through it.

Liam and Emma were great. Following last minute changes to quarantine rules on returning from France we had to cancel our trip abroad. We contacted Bongo holidays less than a week before we wanted to go away. They found us a motorhome that we could take our dogs in and we had a great week travelling around England. The van was nearly new (had only done 9500 miles) and in brilliant condition, certainly in a lot better condition than many other hired homes we saw on our travels. It wasn’t the cheapest hire that we found but the service and information provided was faultless. I would definitely go back to Bongo holidays.

Liam was very helpful and the support before and after the rental was clear and straightforward and prompt. The motorhome we rented was nearly brand new and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the motorhome! Would definitely use again if the occasion arose!

Superb service and correspondence from the word go. Bongo Holidays provided a no nonsense and transparent service with the rental van being top drawer at a great price. We originally booked a campervan from Bongo Holidays in 2019 for Glastonbury 2020. That didn't happen but Liam & Emma were happy to roll over the deposit to the following year. That didn't happen either, but they still rolled the deposit over to 2021 and finally 2022! When we were finally able to go to Glastonbury in 2022, we travelled down to Peterborough to pick up the campervan, and Liam and Emma went over every detail of the van with us. The campervan itself was spotless and obviously well maintained. Everything worked as it should and it was very easy to drive. While at Glastonbury I had a query about how to use one of the internal lights (I couldn't figure out how to do it!) and phoned Emma who patiently talked me through the process. Returning the campervan was quick and painless and we were on our way home within 20 minutes. Throughout the whole process Liam and Emma were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are looking to tour Yorkshire later in the year and will definitely use Bongo Holidays again - and for any future trips. Highly recommended!

We hired a motorhome from Liam and Emma at Bongo holidays for Glastonbury festival, and the entire experience could not have been better; The communication (and I had a LOT of questions), the van itself (fondly named Dixie), pick up, drop off, everything. After a phone call from (WESTS in Rainham) at 6pm 2 days before we were due to pick up up our motorhome from them. We were told that somebody had tried to steal the motorhome we had booked, and that we no longer had one for our holiday! And although it had been booked for over 6 months, they had no other available and would not even call around for us for another one! WE Called A few Places but most close at 6pm..... Then We came across BONGO HOLIDAYS. (Peterborough) Liam Answered the call near 8PM and by the next day, I had sent over all the relevant paperwork and payment etc and we had one booked! we also ended up with a better van than WESTS and, More Included for the same price I had paid WESTS. The Motorhome was Great. We Collected it from Emma who ran through everything with us and showed us how to work it all. I broke a window latch whilst we were away, and told Emma as soon as I dropped it back. They have then been very reasonable and transparent and charged me solely for the part without even the cost to fit. Liam even sent me his invoice for the part which is a very honest service in my eyes! All in All, the break-in of the previous motorhome did us a world of favour's, and allowed us to use Liam and Emma! They didn't just get us out of a last minute muddle, but they were easy to deal with, contactable whenever, and informative. We 100% Recommend using them for Your Hire!!!!!! originally booked with Liam for Silverstone in 2020. Due to COVID this didn't take place and there was quibble with Liam at all about rolling the booking into this year. The Van was awesome and totally met our needs. Service was great, we were also sent some great video links before collection explaining how the controls and everything worked which were really helpful. We hired a very nice motorhome to go to the Peak District for my 60th birthday from Bongo Holidays in September 2019. This was our very first time in a motorhome and right from day one, Liam and Emma were superb. The communication was excellent. Every question or concern we had, and we had quite a few, was answered immediately. This definitely put our mind at ease and proved that we had made the right choice in choosing Bongo to hire from. The motorhome was a Rimor Seal and was immaculate. Also the mileage allowance was very reasonable, unlike other companies that make you pay £50 so you can get to your destination. You also get proxy membership to the Caravan and Camping club which will save you money on site fees and will give you more choice in the sites you can stay at. As you can guess, we were very impressed with Liam, Emma and Bongo holidays. I have no concerns whatsoever in highly recommending them to anyone and as such we are already planning our next motorhome holiday and Bongo Holidays is the company we will be dealing with. Thank you Liam and Emma for making our first motorhome experience and my 60th birthday such a wonderful experience.

We are (were) rookies at this. So Bongo did our first hire ...ever. We were given loads of information up front (You Tube video instructions) , and a timely WhatsApp conversation with Liam out in the field helped us with our ignorance on operating a drop-down bed. The motorhome was nearly new, and was very easy to drive. No problems at all.

Excellent motorhome, spotlessly clean. Emma was very patient when we couldn’t direct her properly to our field at the East of England showground, very informative on the operational side of the motorhome even filling our water for us before leaving the motorhome.
