R. V.After our car broke down in Devon and was transported by the AA back to Gloucestershire the AA organised a 3 day car hire with Enterprise in Plympton.
Enterprise liaised with us to ensure our holiday was not compromised and sent a car to collect us from Salcombe to Plympton to collect the hire car.
We needed an automatic which was duly provided. 3 days later we drove back to the Enterprise depot in North Bristol and they drove us back to our home in Gloucestershire in the same car so we didn't have to unload our cases etc.
I can only say the service was excellent, a seamless experience and looked after by caring individuals in Plympton and Bristol.

J. J. J.The guy who picked us up then sorted out our hire car was excellent and only 21 yrs old he was very professional and friendly. Selection of hire cars wasn't huge but the Nissan X trail were using is great with heated seats.

C.The manager was helpful regarding the fact that l am not online savvy, and guided me through the process to get a rental car, the car itself however was a little more difficult to start as it had to have key fobs inserted into gizmos! So what would help is a guide left inside glove compartment to help you actually drive away, also there were no Covid 19 precautions so you may have been getting into a rental where a Covid driver had previously used it, this rental hadn't been cleaned either..worrying. the 5 stars reflect the help and the car not cleanliness or instructions
O. N.A top team of professional service orientated staff. Great choice of vehicles, the Merc has to my favourite. I use Enterprise here and in the USA and they never fail to deliver. Would highly recommend and don't forget, they pick you up!!

Admittedly the toilets are for the staff but they are used by the public to and they are shocking as too is the kitchen area just before. It does need a bit of TLC by the staff, or hire a cleaner.

My future daughter-in-law works with EE and cannot say enough about them.
I was collected by young Megan and having reserved an Economy Automatic, to my surprise I was given a Vauxhall Mokka Turbo...
A fantastic vehicle. When leaving I mentioned to Megan about directions and she asked if I would like a SatNav at £3.00 per day (the last time I used Avis they wanted £11.00 per day), I said yes and went on my way.
On return I was taken home. All round a very good experience. I won't use anyone else.
