I made a big and stupid mistake when booking my vehicle with Europcar. I explained the situation to a lady named Sam and she was absolutely incredible in helping me out, rectified the situation with a smile on her face and made me feel a lot better. Rented a van from europcar Plymouth and was quite anxious about driving a new van and the reviews on google were pretty poor, which was worrying. But staff at the depo were very friendly and I am very glad I used them. Shortly after collecting, noticed some damage that hadn't been recorded. Worried about additional costs, I let the company know and they were great about it and assured I wouldn't be charged. Can't recommend enough !

Was given a auto instead of manual. Only did 64 miles total journey and they bill me £28 60 for fuel? Gauge barely moved yet they claim for half a tank! Total rip off and am reporting this . Must have had a lovely scenic journey back to depot via the Cornish coast!

We hired a car to go to Scotland and it couldn't have gone better. We hired a VW Golf but none were available. As a result we were upgraded to a VW Passat. No extra cost, no carry on, no problem. We were very impressed with the car and the customer service. The hire controller Ian was great. Ian was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. As a result we will definitely use Europcar again. Thanks again Ian, hopefully see you again soon as required.

I recently borrowed a van from this company. 100% satisfaction with customer service. Got a beautiful polished van ready as ordered. The day of returning i was about an hour and a half late. I called there and in the office told me that if it be an hour and a half that it's okay as long as thez know. I arrived but I did not get to refuel. They told me that I can go to the station not far and no additional charge for extra time. 100% Satisfaction

Good price, clean modern cars and I got an upgrade. :-) I can’t remember what I booked, but when I turned up, I had been upgraded to a brand new silver Vauxhall Astra. The check in is pretty thorough, in terms of the way they check your ID and it has to match your bank card details and so on, almost like getting on a flight, but all part of fraud protection, I guess, and they’ve probably learnt that hard way! I bet you can’t use cash anymore 😀

They were really polite. As they did not have a car we wanted in on that exact time they upgraded us to a newer model. They only downside was that the fuel tank was not exacly full when we left the plymouth site. Other than that it was a very good expirience. Thank You

Was provided Onward Travel by the RAC and Europcar were enlisted to supply me with a rental vehicle. When I arrived the paperwork was all sorted out quickly and efficiently and I was on the road in about 15 minutes, good effort. Europcar even acted fast when the RAC didn't notify them when I was given the rental car for two extra days at no cost, resulting in a phonecall from Europcar stating that I would have to pay for the outstanding two days of rental. They quickly resolved this when I provided them with an Email confirming that the RAC had supplied the rental car for two extra days, and they refunded my fuel deposit. Good service.

I was abit disappointed when i collected my car, it was nothing like the car i booked online, the boot was small and it was petrol which made my trip more exspensive. The up to 10 days wait before i was reinbursed my £250 deposit seems abit long to wait.

Super Service. Uns wurde eine Seitenscheibe eingeworfen. Wir hatten innerhalb von ca. 2 Stunden ein anderes Auto ohne Mehrkosten. (Translated) Super Service. We were thrown in a side window. We had another car within about 2 hours at no extra cost.
