Booked a large suv for the weekend and ended up with a smaller one instead. Luckily the boot base and the parcel shelf came out to give just enough room for our climbing/camping gear to fit. The manager gave me 1/4 of a tank of fuel as compensation but still you should get what you pay for 😤😤😤

My insurance company arranged a hire car for me at the Preston branch on Aqueduct st and from start to finish I was very happy with the service from all the team. Really big thanks to Ryan who talked me through all the information at the start and for Sophie who helped me out over the phone a lot and made sure everything was ok with the service provided. Loved driving the Ford Fiesta Eco, it was such a lovely drive and everything was clean inside and out. Thank you all. :)

Happy with the service but found the tariffs for the van a little high comparatively. Insurance excess in the event of an accident is over £1000 so drive carefully!!

Online or in showroom booking the car is very simple. It's Just like an easy piece of cake. I had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise Car Rental at Preston. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. In March 2019, I was visiting from Malaysia and needed to car to visit Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire Oaks and Lake District. Enterprise (Zahara) picked me up from my son's place (even on a weekend) and the whole rental process was easy and fast. The staff was also super friendly. Upon returning back the car, the process was also very easy fast and friendly. I needed to take a taxi to the train station and asked for help to call a taxi. Instead Matt, offered to send me to the train station. What a great help. Thank you very much for Zahara and Matt. I will come back to Enterprise on my next visit

I always rent from Enterprise in my home town as they have the best service. Today was my first time returning a car to Preston and the staff were amazing, they found my house keys I left behind in the car and rushed to catch me at the train station and return them. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile.

Another, much larger (and therefore less convenient to park) car was offered but was exchanged with a more convenient vehicle later. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Didn't like how they argued with me when I pointed out the car they offered me had very low tread on the tyres. I have 37 years as a qualified motor mechanic and MOT tester, he was a valeter. But they did upgrade me in the end after making a point of it

Staff are very friendly and open to a bit of banter; never is humour lost on them! However, the price for car rental can be a bit hefty, so I wouldn't advise using this service regularly nor for long periods of time; probably just when the car's in the garage.

No Automatics when advertised, and then after the return of the car they have the cheek to send you a reminder costing £35.00 that you pay to advise you of a speeding offence I think we all know when we've been caught I don't need reminding by exorbitant letter prices a txt msg or email would suffice, needless to say they will not be getting my custom again, this was a rip off fee for a standard letter with a few new details entered!

Great place if you need to hire a car. They gave me a lovely car and was the same size as the car I had in for repair with insurance. They also accommodated me with an automatic.
