Initial booking enquiry was promptly dealt with by Toni who got back to me straight away. Post booking I had to visit the hire firm to check out the van for the job we needed. I shouldn’t have worried everything was good so I sorted out the paperwork and deposit at the same time. Post picking up the van & completing the job the return check & paperwork was again promptly completed & we were well pleased with the service. Many thanks & would recommend this firm to anyone seeking van hire in the Preston area.

These guys are a small and well managed company unlike the big chains car hire firms. What I hired was exactly what I got on the day unlike the likes of enterprise ltd who always short change customers at collection or give alternative vans etc. The van was in good working order. A clean Van and well looked after van. They got my van ready for me on arrival. In and out max 15 minutes i was out and driving. Refund for surety deposit was processed in a timely manner. The girls were sweet and polite at reception. Look no further than Practical. Perfect and Practical . I will definitely use them again. Big H

Excellent company, first class service. My car had a major brake problem which meant we needed a car quickly as we were going to Scotland for a wedding. Thanks to Practical everything went well, would definitely use again and highly recommend. Reasonably priced and efficient.

Myself & my partner Damian rented a van from here for half a day, the whole process was so easy! It’s a family run business so we met a lovely woman & her father who was so friendly & accommodating. The service was fantastic & we couldn’t of asked for more. The vans were spotless & a dream to drive. Bringing it back was simple, we put some fuel in then they checked it over & off we went. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone & using them again in the future! Oh & price wise they were the cheapest around, win win! Thanks so much

Booking w as very efficient very clean vans and in good condition. BUT we were asked to bring can back with the same amount of fuel showing on tank when we collected it. No problem we said. We drove less than 8 miles on total went to refuel and it tok 25 pounds!!!!! Only realised when we got back home how much the van had supposedly used????. Hired van at 9 30am had it back for 12pm. Too late to question this once we left depot

I cannot rate this place and it’s people enough! I needed a can at short notice, I got one, I got a free upgrade as well as the van I hired was not available! Lee and his lady were super efficient and very very helpful, very friendly too! I used the vehicle and returned it with no issues! If I ever need a can in the Preston area again, I would not go anywhere else and I recommend the service they gave, anyone can hire a vehicle to a person who needs it but not everyone can make you feel comfortable in the process!
