Great service started off dealing with Steve Jones and he was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and very quick at coming back to me. When the car was delivered, a lovely young lady drove it down to me followed by a young chap both very friendly, chatty and helpful. Highly recommended.

I received great service from Steve when ordering my Polo GTi, he was always available via phone or email to answer any queries I had or to arrange another test drive while waiting for mine to be delivered. Steve also drove the car over to the Shirley branch for the collection which is closer to my house. I would highly recommend.

My lease was approaching the end and having contacted 6 VW dealerships Ben was the only one who got back to me, it was during the lock down but nevertheless wasn't I lucky! Dealing with Ben has made the whole process very easy and I would say that Ben went the extra mile to achieve my custom and make the whole process easy and quite seamless. If there were any criticism it would be that the franchise could benefit from another Ben, he is super busy! Thankyou for your help and great customer service, we will be back in 3 years!
