Just wanted to express how pleased I was with the service offered when we urgently needed a rental car. Phillip Dyer was so helpful and efficient and provided us with a wonderful brand new Toyota Yaris which we are finding is an exceptionally good car. Also grateful to James at Snow's Toyota sales office in Southampton who did a great job in assisting us with all the paperwork, explanations and even getting us some great coffee at 08.15 in the morning. Thank you for a very pleasant experience and wonderful service.

I have had a pleasant experience with Snows Toyota. Phill Dyer, the rental manager of this agency, was really responsive and friendly towards answering my inquiries. The rental deals were very reasonable and the applications were simple and straight forward. Quick tip, to ensure you receive your desired car on your preferred dates, do make sure you drop your email to Phill at least 1 week in advance!

I hired a car from Snows Toyota Southampton for about 6 weeks between May and July and I must say that the whole experience from initial enquiry to return was the best car hire experience I’ve ever had. Phill, the rental manager was such a lovely person, he made it all so simple and the whole process so easy and straightforward with no hard sales pressure what so ever. The car itself was immaculate, pretty much brand new, a perfect economical runaround which was just what I requested and needed. The price was very reasonable which was very much appreciated particularly because I had the car for so long. Phill was extremely accommodating and when it came to having to extend my hire twice, a quick phone call and it was done. I will certainly be using Snows Toyota car rental again, in fact Im just about to book a car again for a couple of weeks in August. Thank you so much Phill, In these times when everything one needs to do seems to be so complicated and stressful it’s so refreshing to find people like you who go out of your way to make things stress free and a pleasure to do business with.

I had just moved the the UK from Australia, struggling to find my way and getting seriously overwhelmed with the prospect of finding a car and insurance that didn't need a small loan to pay! Phil has looked after me and my mum for years - giving us amazing service, cars, prices to suit our budget and being at the other end of the phone if we ever had any queries. I cannot recommend it more highly - I will keep returning and point anyone who needs a hire car in the direction of Phil and the team! Update: May 2021 and fast forward to my wedding! I hired a veihcle from Snows Toyota Southampton to travel to a funeral in Bristol. As I drive a very small car, I requested a larger car to accomodate two family members. I was offered a fairly new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. At first I was apprehensive of the size having only driven small manual vehicles previously but the Rental Manager personally gave me a demonstration and put my mind at ease. He was very clear and thorough with showing me how the vehicle worked and I felt very comfortable to drive it. The price was was very very reasonable and I would definately reccomend Snows Toyota Southampton not only for their prices but also their exceptional customer service.

Didn't take long to find the car for us, which the staff helped us understand and without being pushy. They were calm and not over enthusiastic which we prefer when making a decision about spending a lot of money. We continue to get our not and service with them which is well priced and the car comes back cleaner then when it went in. Little hard to park here at times but there is constant movement of the vehicles.
